Cluckers Chicken

I had heard bad stories about the food since their re-opening (as cluckers) and thought I would have to try for myself. A but skeptical at first, as there was alot of microwaving of items and the wait time was a little long, but it was lunch busy. But I was pleasantly surprised with my Chicken burger combo ( which looked exactly like the advertised picture!) and tasted great, good chips too.

First visit here today. The service was very friendly. My chicken burger was delicious. Cooked to perfection.

The chips were, fresh hot and crunchy just the way I like them. The portion size was very generous. I couldn’t eat it all.

Good work team. I’ll definitely back to work my way through the menu. Looks like you have some great options to choose from.

Terrible overcooked chicken pieces.
Fed them to my dogs. Had to return my burger bec the chicken was as hard as my shoe soles. Waste of money. 2 young girls without any plan running the show explaining that the temperature was set too high. Better stay away from that terrible hard over cooked chicken.Had much better experiences with Ivy Chicken.

Ordered the Chicken Roll Combo and Wing Bitz Combo. Decent chips but the wings looked pretty dry, and I questioned whether the Chicken Roll actually had Mayo on it. The roll was a good size, and the chips were a great size too. Chicken for both meals were just very dry. Beautiful service though.

First visit it took 20 minutes for a large chips that we discovered as we drove out were cold so went straight back and told them. The young girl was quite rude. Today, ordered 11 wing bits for $13.90 which were so small I could have eaten the lot. I'm sorry but I don't think we'll be back, very disappointed.

Thought I'd check the new chicken joint out, I know they're finding they're feet, but after a 20 min wait in the drive through, I get my meal. Everyone likes to munch on some chips on the way home. Whilst my chicken was steaming my chips were almost cold barely Luke warm, no seasoning. I asked for a wing bit in my quarter chicken meal and was given a leg. I almost went to go back but didn't want to wait any longer than I already had done. The chicken is juicy and moist quite nice. There is also a surcharge if u use Ur card. Something I didn't know.the small gravy was watery aswell. Not a good meal my animals enjoyed it.

First time trying this place and I must say very disappointed, the prices weren't bad so I'll give them that but the wait time holy ! I reckon a good 30+ minute wait just for a burger combo. No apologies for the long wait and it really wasn't that busy. The burger wasn't to bad but the chips 🤢 chips that weren't on the burnt side that tasted like old oil with no flavour ! Not even any salt. Not worth the long wait and disgusting chips for an avergae burger !
