Fresh and delicious food. Staff and atmosphere is really nice
Chips were cold and pepsi drink was hot. The store was very cold. Warmer sitting in the car
Not bad not good. On the positives I asked for specific pieces to be included and they got that right. On the negatives the person who made up the order was I think a newbie and took forever to get my order ready. The chips ended up needing to be microwaved at home which is a shame cause fresh KFC chips are the goat.
Ordered 2 packs through drive thru. When we got home we were shocked and fuming to find out they charged us for both packs and then individually charged us for each item within the pack. I’m recovering from major surgery and my hubby was worn out after a 14 hour working day so we did not return. We paid in excess of $20 more than we should have. Please check when you drive thru. I have since learnt we are not the only victims of this scam.
Really great service from Josh tonight (13/8)!! A really polite, professional and efficient young bloke. We definitely need more people like him in the service industry.
For some reason KFC in Australia really does not taste good. While I tend to like it in US and Europe in Australia it is rather soggy than crispy which seems to be the main problem!
Saxon helped me out at the whitfords KFC and he was an absolute superstar. He could potentially lead the store to 4/5 stars. Give him a raise ✊
