The lady on the phone is Very rude, I’m very disappointed, i gave 1 star, but if it was possible i was gonna give 0 star.

This embassy needs to train their employees on how to speak to customers. They are so unprofessional on the phone and in person. I don't know if this is okay within the Congolese culture ( I really doubt it) but not okay in mine! Every time I call, they either don't pick up or they are rude on how they respond. Two weeks before the holidays, I called at 10:45 am and was transferred to a department but no one picked up. The voicemail was full; therefore, I couldn't leave a message. I was redirected back to the reception and the lady didn't even let me finish my sentence and just told me in a rude voice to call back later because no-one was there yet. How can a business voicemail be full? Shouldn't someone be checking it upon arrival? I will make sure to address my review directly to the person in charge.

Terrible service, the lady was very disrespectful and incompetent, she ended up hanging up on me.

Eventhough they do not really pick up the phone, but I still had a good experience and appreciation with my Embassy. I filed for new passport at the end of January 2020 and I got it before March 18th 2020. Less than two month.

Great access to parking limited space, shopping stores around with amenities

Conflicting messages on their website. Payments are made in cash only or in money order in the name of no one.

Lots work is needed in the communication department.
