We were traveling as a family of three and I had requested them to book seats together they told the seats were together but they had booked my seats in separate “coaches” and it was very difficult to find each seats
Do not use this company. Tried to buy 2 day passes on the local transportation. We bought them, with a very untrained employee. We went to use them out side the Centrale station and 1 worked and 1 did not. Spent an hour trying to fix. Finally asked for a refund. She said, “once you walk out of the office no refunds”. Well that was a good $30 lesson. And will tell everyone to beware of Agenzie 365. As I am reading with other reviews. Rude and a horribly run business.

Really difficult to find....even though it was my 4th visit to Milano. Only one person available on 31st December (when it was obvious at least 2 active persons on such day would be needed).... while the second man was doing "something" but not available to customers and eating while everybody could see that through the glass....I work within customer service sector throughout all my professional life and I was very surprised experiencing that such things still happen especially in such city as Milano.
I am in love with Italy and I recommend this city and this country to everyone, but on the other thing I am convinced that we all need to concentrate on the quality of service.
