I was very pleased with the people working there. They are very interested. Especially the laboratory that draws blood is very polite and successful. But your prices are very expensive. You asked for 3 times the price of the vaccine I received at CVS outside.

They do not respect your time. I’ve had around 5 appointments total with them and the MINIMUM I’ve waited in the waiting room is TWO hours. I am not exaggerating. They scheduled my mom for 10am for something that required blood work. At 12:30 she was told to come back because the people who do blood work went on lunch. 2 hours later … of course she couldn’t eat either for blood work. No care for patients. They also kept pressing me for different appointments like Pap smears and eye exams after I’ve said no. It’s obvious they’re just trying to get more money flowing in. I don’t recommend this place at all. I advise you to go elsewhere.

I went in for an immigration physical exam. They charged me $720 and a big portion of that was for vaccines that I could’ve gotten them for free under my insurance. They didn’t disclose what was included in the fee and later I realized the issue with the vaccine fee. I could’ve saved like $350 if I have gotten the vaccine elsewhere but they didn’t disclose that to me so they can charge me more money, pure robbery. I decided to let that go and not the full blame on them but then they did a few more things that made my experience a lot worse. They called me back saying my results are available. I take sometime off from work and then I go just to find out that the result is not complete. They told me to wait for another day or two. They called me back 2 days later saying that they are missing a result from the lab tests and that they need to draw more blood. So I went back and they drew more blood. I get a call the next day saying that my results are available to go pick them up. At this point I didn’t trust them that they know what they are doing so I called again and asked for a different associate to make sure my results are indeed available before I go in and guess what, the other associate told me that the result are NOT available.. I mean I was lost for words at this point.. it took me 4 visits and over 20 calls to get something so simple done. Absolutely the worst experience that I have ever had at any clinic.

Dr. Farooque and his team are not only helpful and friendly but also excel in their knowledge and patience. Prescilla and Briana, in particular, demonstrate great expertise and understanding with all their patients. I wholeheartedly recommend them to both family and friends.

I am very disappointed with this office now. I have been going to Valley Health Clinic for years and I have never had a problem with billing or anything until now. I don’t know if it depends on the doctor that you are given for the visit. I contacted the office numerous times and was told the manager would call me back and no response from the manager for a claim review. I now wonder if I’ve been dropped as a patient for reaching out so many times and have not been notified of this. I am still waiting for a response from management.

If you are military or a veteran. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! You deserve better. These people do not care about your medical needs. The support staff are helpful, the doctors very rude. They get upset with you, if you ask them more than 2 questions about your health. My wife saw 4 different people. On her last 4 visits. As a patient how can you develop a relationship with a doctor. If you never see the same doctor? I contacted TRI-Care, this place needs to be removed from the TRI-Care network!!!!!!!!!

If I could give this office a 10 , I would. It was a great experience. I came in with a the thumb injury thought that I would have to get in order to a radiologist. To my surprise they were able to do the x-ray , right there and then informed me that it was a small fractured . The whole staff was very caring and hard working I will definitely continue care with them .

Valley Health Clinic exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel comfortable right from the moment I walked in. The clinic’s atmosphere was warm and inviting, creating a calming environment.
