I wish I could give negative stars. These people are scammers, do not trust them with your money. I wasted weeks of my time last summer touring the units; I had to make three attempts, since the first two times I showed up, nobody was around who could show me the apartment. I finally saw "a unit similar to the one that's going to be available" which was in the middle of repairs and all ripped apart, I went through the application process, paid $278 in fees, and then waited to hear from them. And waited. And waited. I went back in person five days later, (and eight days later, and twelve days later) was told that I had been approved for the unit, but they needed to send me an email link so I could provide pay stubs.
That was September 13, 2023, it is now March 21, 2024 and I am STILL WAITING for those links. I timed out of where I was living because I did not have the extra money for more applications to other apartments, and I ended up living in motels for a month and a half until I was finally forced to relocate to Fort Worth. These losers stalled me for weeks with the excuse that management was being "shuffled around, so we're all in kind of an uproar right now" and they finally just stopped responding to me at all, other than to repeatedly send me ads to apply to come live there. My bank forced me to cancel the card they scammed, which cost me MORE money, and the last real human I was able to speak to couldn't even find me in their records. Absolutely the sloppiest, most cluelessly run, disorganized and unprofessional pile of useless people I've ever had the poor judgement to waste time on.
Seriously, unless you like throwing away hundreds of dollars and being ignored, do not trust Tides.

Hello! I moved in around November. And will like to this is a really good community. The manager is actually very nice and understanding, and good at explaining things since this is my first time moving. I had no issues so far, no roaches. And very family like community. I see folks go outside at 4 am doing a run. If people are running, it's a safe area.
The only downfall is, I do want to see if this can be fixed or communicated. Back in November, the listing for my current apartment for a 1 Bedroom is $865 which was the main reason why I choose this place. But when signing the lease. Thats when they informed me it was 1,000+ which... threw me off completely. I asked about why the extra $200. They said it's for the pool... but it's winter.
I feel like this is very misleading, and can accidentally be seen as false advertisement, especially on websites that list as $865 for a bedroom. Yes, the rent is still affordable but way over expectations. Please fix this. I also feel like the extra $200 are for folks should use as a membership to use the pool... or only summer months. Unless you plan to use everyone's $200 extra to improve the community or rebuild a whole new pool and lot. I will like to see this community slowly get improved into an updated road; pool; structures; walkways.
But if the $200 is being used for just.. year round pool maintenance. Especially during the time I am not using it or plan to use it. I find it highly unfair, and unneeded. It's not the community's duty pr job to pay for cleaning the pool. Once a month. But if the $200 is being used for improving the pool and get new roads. That's 100% understandable.

Very safe community, I love living here. Definitely recommend covered parking! I went through H4towing and the Alex at the office helped me out to register my vehicle. Luis and Jose are always helpful with any of my maintenance issues. Thank you guys!

10/10 all around, great service, apartments are great the environment is great⭐️⭐️ also Alex is awesome he helped me through everything.

They never fix your issues. It might be roach infested. Never move here, not unless you don't have a choice.

I strongly advise against relocating to this particular place as it has proven to be a source of significant time and stress for me. While I won't delve into the myriad issues associated with living in this location, I will highlight the most pressing concern I've encountered after my departure.
Despite having officially moved out on September 3rd, I adhered to all necessary procedures. I duly signed the vacancy notice, received a copy for my records, surrendered my keys, and obtained a receipt for the same. However, to my immense frustration, I continue to receive unwarranted rent charges. The impracticality of this situation is exacerbated by the fact that I have relocated approximately 40 minutes away and am engaged in full-time educational and employment commitments. Consequently, I am unable to spare the time required to travel back to the property on a weekly basis for resolution.
My attempts to rectify this situation have been met with a distinct lack of responsiveness from the management, particularly Kerri, whom I communicated with on numerous occasions. She assured me that she would address the issue but failed to follow through, all my emails went unanswered. To compound matters, Kerri has since left the company, leaving unresolved concerns in the air, with no semblance of follow-up or communication.
Regrettably, my efforts to reach an alternative point of contact have been in vain. They NEVER answer their phone, and on the rare occasions they were picked up, I was informed that there were no available contact emails for me to reach out, not manager or corporate office. AND IF YOU ARE WONDERING MY ISSUE IT'S NOT FIXED YET, STILL GETTING CHARGE ALTHOUGH MY CONTRACT IS OVER.
Moreover, I think its important to draw attention to an unsettling incident involving the newly appointed assistant manager, Jacky. In the weeks leading up to my departure, she unceremoniously began berating me without provocation, she observed me entering my apartment and she started yelling at me, her confrontational behavior extended to unwarranted threats of fines and unnecessary hostility because she didn't like me as a neighbor. As an individual who is 23 years old and grapples with anxiety, this unwarranted confrontation was deeply unsettling. It is disheartening to have experienced such unprofessional conduct from a person in a position of authority. Telling me how she was hired as a assistant manager (she started working the week after that) and using her authority to threating me when I had only 2 weeks left on the complex. I have prayed for her. Imagine yelling at a stranger out of nowhere before their departure just because you don't like them, thats seems like a you problem, that's telling me how much she need therapy, I hope she really heals her anger issues. (with this I hope you understand what type of people they got working here, no-one really cares or does their job correctly)
Furthermore, the overall atmosphere in the complex has been less than ideal, characterized by unpleasant neighbors, incessant vehicle repairs in public areas, incidents of harassment, such as cat-calling (by a lot of men here, experienced this for a whole year). Additionally, residents' disregard for communal spaces has led to the unsightly practice of hanging clothes on stairwells to dry them.
Explore other alternatives that offer same value and a more pleasant living environment. (The willows on rosemeade it's right across street, really nice place)
It is apparent that the management endeavors to respond swiftly to reviews in an attempt to cultivate an appearance of professionalism, I hope they are not fooling anyone, I hope this review serves as a candid and informative account of my experiences, assisting others in making informed decisions regarding their choice of residence.

RPM Living and other landlords are economic parasites, a step above payday loan stores.
Edit: after spending a week trying to pay my bill online, being in the rear on this months rent and facing eviction. Not being able to find a working phone number for the office and leaving notes through the secretary to follow up with the manager on the matter. I finally get a call because they didn't know I wouldn't be able to pay my bill online. Now I have to go to western Union.
Not able to pay via western union because I was not provided an account to pay into by the property. Nor was it specified to pay through: Pay Lease, Wips, or a third option.
edit: Wips account information provided with notice of suit.
Edit, I've made two attempts, one last night, and one this morning to make payments. Last night the account was at 1,500 max when my rent with late fees is two months rent. This morning, the account had a higher max limit, 4k, but either the account number is wrong, or the amount does not match the amount displayed through RMP's clickpay instance.
Edit: I just found out that the property manager lied to me through ignorance again. I came to her telling her the amount for my rent has been increasing since I've been attempting to pay. Preventing me from successfully paying my bill. I should sue.
Edit: I have confirmed that my bill has been increasing, and have to dedicate my morning to taking care of this as the bill is now greater than two and a half months. Western Union cannot tell me the correct amount to pay.
RPM Living doesn't appear to have a working process, nor does it appear they know how to use it. The leasing office has been ignorant and through that wasted my time, gas, and patience with poor to bad instructions. While my choices are pay them, be homeless, or dead.
Edit: property was reported to the city for trash not being collected.
The current property management company manufactured reason to let the previous property manager go. Keri did not deserve this and it has diminished the value of the property. It also would be clear that corporate interests are focused on destroying any sense of community to ensure they can squeeze blood from rocks.
The property is lacking cameras, pet owners do not pick up after their pets in the common areas. The main gate has not closed one time being here. The cabinets are of course poor quality, and the rent is price gouging, but in the norm of other rental properties in the state of Texas. Additionally The property does not consider adding bidet attachments for some odd reason even though they are beneficial in multiple ways.

Shout out to the Manager, Keri, for keeping this place together. She has made everything here run smoother than ANY previous manager and I've been here for over 4 years! Location is great and you will be proud to call this Home.
