Very bad management, they are not cooperating and they said they're pet friendly and never allow u to live the experience of pet friendly building , they give u fines for everything and they let u feel u're living in a place to fight for ur rights not to just live and chill.
Also the bathroom smells and the coffee machine never works. The pool is not friendly and u never feel relaxing there. So many rules in uncomfortable way! Will never live there again

Though we failed to fulfill some documentation required for warranty claims, the team at Green Group has still obliged to most of our requests even after the Defect Liability period was over on a good gesture. We purchased few units for investment mainly due to the reason it is solar powered and stylish, the developer took additional time, since this was covered in the Sales purchase agreement and all developers get additional 12 months extension in case of logistic issues or other problems like lock down and pandemic.
We are satisfied with the gains we made by selling one unit and rents are pretty high on Air BNB. However i would like them to improve their communications and making their buyers understand the process of handover since first time buyers have no knowledge.

I live in Germany and found this project different. i wish the handover was done timely, i understand pandemic stopped everything in the world, my bet of investing in Green building proved right in terms of getting decent tenants and getting sustainable returns. My kids loved the Mobile Coffee feature the most. The garden initiative is very good though. looking forward for the next.

if my bills were not low and apartment was not cold, i would have given them 3.5 rating for the Fire alarm testings and gas alarm issues, come on guys, you are taking health and safety to another level, beyond humans. During the move in process my movers mess with wooden floor but its sorted by Green Group through warranty. The community management is always busy making improvements, my friends will invest in your next project. They like my music system in the bathroom.

My tenant had issues in setting the Nest thermostat to manage AC and Door bell, also the move in procedure was not explained and my tenant could not move in on time. the experience is like hotel, furniture was upgraded without charging me anything, the mattress is soft like marriott hotel, my tenant was concerned about Air Quality and this building has Fresh Air indoor. i think they need to increase staff to reply timely and explain more details regarding process.

Signature Livings is a beautiful low rise Building with integrated Solar panel on its roof top, human size, very pleasant to live there.
Amazing quality of the amenities: Pool, squab, Jacuzzi, Green spaces, clean Indoor air quality,
All apartment are with equipped Kitchen, with Italian appliances, bathroom offers integrated music and radio and the studio comes with built in large stylish wardrobe.
The place to be !

I truly enjoy the finishing of the apartment in Signature livings. They dealt with one of the best company in Dubai for kitchen and wardrobe installation, which were important things for me in choosing the place to live! As well providing the build in kitchen appliances & utilizing each space in very sufficient way makes the staying in apartment very comfortable & enjoyable.
