The male that works there is very disrespectful and rude, he was yelling at me and insulting me calling me names and just saying rude things in general pointing his fingers in my face, I was very shocked on how they treat customers. They sold me a monitor that keeps crashing on me and crashes all my games and softwares and the screen would turn off then turn back on, i messaged them multiple times and they completely ignored and never replied whatsoever, I called after and explained the situation and told them that I will be bringing it back and they started freaking out saying that cant give me a refund i can only get store credit or exchange it and i honestly didnt want to buy anything else from that place from the way they were treating me. Ive never ever seen such poor customer service where the workers and manager speak to anyone that way and call them names. Completely disgusted that theres places like this even running. Embarrassing for this whole establishment and the owners. This place should get shut down!!

The guy working here has 0 customer service skills, they want your business but act like it’s an inconvenience to them to pull out some things from under the glass so that I can have a better look at them. Just standing there with a stone face. Maybe thank someone for their business too. I don’t have to buy anything but I chose to so be grateful and show some customer service. Also the lady working there I can’t say that she is any better than the guy, same thing no customer service skills just acts annoyed that you are in the store.

I miss the manager who was here prior, he was well liked in our community.

This new one really serves up her male customers with a smile, but treats women like garbage. I'm saying so after witnessing a few examples of this.

I went in with a male friend a couple weeks ago, and she treated him as if they were old friends. SOOOO friendly!

I have dealt with the fella working there, he just does his job for everyone equally, which I appreciate. Respect.

I noticed this nonsense shortly after she came on, but I gave it a chance in hopes maybe it was just a moment, clearly not.

Previous times I've been there, the ladies working are always friendly and helpful. Whoever was working today, dude had 0 customer service capabilities so I just left. Too bad for me, really wanted that item.
