Pizza Pizza

We ordered a pepperoni pizza and 3 cans of coke and we got a completely different order. Terrible and unprofessional service. I will never order from this location again. I wanted a refund because I didn’t want to wait again and he says sorry no refunds. Just so unprofessional.

The pre made slice selection was very limited. Maybe bad timing. The pizza is good if you want nothing fancy.

So I ordered this veggie pizza 🍕 (red onions 🧅 and green peppers 🫑) and jalapeño poppers. Pizza was pretty good but I absolutely loved the jalapeño poppers. After every bite, there was explosion of cheese 😂
This order was enough for three people and we paid around $33.

It has been like 4-5 times everytime i order a pizza i never got the same thing and the pizza quality is not good. Very bad experience from this store specifically and staff should treat customer well they treat not good.

I recently had a negative experience with Pizza Pizza. After placing an order and receiving confirmation that it was being prepared, the order was canceled 20 minutes later without any explanation. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen, I was disappointed in how the situation was handled.

The lack of communication and explanation for the cancellation of my order was frustrating. As a customer, it's important to feel informed and respected, even in difficult situations. Unfortunately, this was not the case with my experience at Pizza Pizza.

Overall, I believe that Pizza Pizza could benefit from improving their customer service and communication. By being transparent and respectful with their customers, they can help minimize the impact of any unforeseen circumstances and improve the overall experience for their patrons. While I may consider ordering from Pizza Pizza again in the future, I hope that they take steps to address these issues and provide a better customer experience.

Really rough at communication, staff needs to be better trained. Asked for the unlimited 2 topping and 2 medium pizza special (8.99 each) and they ending up charging me full price. Additionally, they were out of creamy garlic sauce and their washroom was unhygienic.

Definitely not up to the standards of other Pizza Pizza locations.

On the plus side, they offer halal options!

Always as expected. Lots of toppings and great taste. Even though the crust is too thick and not cooked fully. Gives me stomach ache the day after. I prefer fresh slice pizza.
