Burger was so thin that there were gaps in the meat you could see through. Fries were SUPER salty. Many drinks were missing from the freestyle machine. There were at least 5-6 staff present, but none of them ever interacted with me even though I was the only one needing to order. Since there were only two other customers in the restaurant who were seated and eating, I found this odd and a bit rude. Used and paid through their kiosk. Likely my first and last experience at this place. Too many other choices with better hospitality and food. Just wish I had read these reviews first.
What a fun lunch my friend and I had here today. The food was great and the personalization from Bobby, the area manager, was a bonus....checked on us to make sure we were satisfied and had a happy disposition overall.... Will definitely return!
I should have read the reviews first. Service is basically non existent. Asked for a water. Was handed a cup and pointed over to the machine which required me to scan the QR code and order from my phone. The waters were all “sold out”. They were out of grilled chicken so I got a veggie burger which was mushy and seemed to have come directly out of the microwave. Fries were good. Had a beer instead of water and it was good.
Burgers are steroid and antibiotic free, but also flavor free. I like the buns one of the best I've had . The onion rings were ok , but not worth what they charge you. All and all it tasted like fast food fir 20 dollars. I will go to Culver's over this any day
First time at a BurgerFi. Burger was good. I would order differently next time. I would add Mayo and ketchup. Leave off the Fi sauce. They have Veggie Burgers and Impossible Burgers, but no vegan cheese. I have a dairy allergy. We were not asked if we wanted single or doubles. I only need a single. Fries were very good. My partner had a chocolate shake. Rated very good. Atmosphere was ok. Restaurant was cold. Servers were very pleasant. I would go again, but take a different approach. But. Vegan cheese should be an option!
Absolutely the worst burger and fries ever. Freestyle machines not operating. Only one had ice and both were down to one or two beverage option. 2 dining and our food came out separately. Cold burgers. Tried tea and it was so watered down it had no tea flavor. No one was in charge. Many customers asked for the machines to be fixed. Not done. One girl said they were out of carbonation. All the teens doing their own thing. A manager or team lead is seriously needed. Just go to Wegmans. At least it’s clean and they have an acceptable level of customer service. Everyone started requesting they provide bottled drinks since machines were out, but guess what? They were hot. Had not been refrigerated.

For the category of the restaurant it was not good, the burger did not feel like beef, but very good because of how quickly one can place the order, supported by technology
