CAVA

I have been a loyal customer and fan of cava for years!! My experience yesterday was just awful and horrendous. I placed an online order for pickup at 3:15. I came into the store at 3:25 and was told that their online ordering system was down and they had not received my order... I was told by the girl working in the front to go run my Trader Joe's errands since they did not know when they could get to to my order. I came back to Cava at 3:50 and my order was still not started! no receipts printed or anything! Someone rushed through the line and made my bowl, only to make it completely wrong. Normally I could not care if there were certain things missing from my bowl, but there were toppings added that I could NOT EAT, such as the FETA!! I have a dairy allergy so I had to throw my entire bowl away and did not even bother to give my bowl back as the store was busy and I knew they would not prioritize my order if it was not done in the first place. Extremely disappointed in this location!

Cava is the place to customize all your favorite umami flavors together! Sweet tomatoes, picked onions, roasted corn, black lentils & red pepper hummus combine together with a kick.

If you're vegan or vegetarian you'll enjoy the fresh veggies & super greens. There is no lack of innovative flavors here.

I'd recommend double the pita or falafel if you get the hummus, salad or tzatiki because it can be on the saucier side & the portions here are smaller than Chipotle, Bolay or Fresh Kitchen.

They have a nice selection of desserts & drinks too and look forward to trying those. I will definitely come back!

Was very excited to try Cava after hearing great things about it! Ordered two bowls, two drinks and pita chips to go which came to $40. I was expecting something similar to another Mediterranean build your own back home. This was not up to par at all. It was the saltiest meal my mom and I have eaten. Tasted like someone sprinkled a whole bottle in everything. The bowl I had also was not full unlike my mother who had. Would not recommend especially with the service that was given.

Love it, fresh vibrant ingredients, team members personable, they even offered me a sample of something before adding to my bowl that I’ve never had. I like having half harissa chicken + half veggies. The beverages that are house made are delicious too.

Only side note- the bathroom needed a little more soap, which after I left a team member was on it-

This was my fourth time eating at Cava. The first 3 times were excellent but this last time I came home to find a grasshopper in my food. Sad to say but I cannot ever eat here again.

This is the friendliest and most helpful crew!!! It was one first time trying cava and they each took their time explaining the different choices and letting us try the delicious sauces! We will definitely be back! Thank you all so much for the great customer service and food it was so refreshing! 🙏
