The children had fun. Unfortunately we have a terrible experience at the food court but management took care of us and responded to the emails effectively. Other than that my 7 yr old had a blast.
The only problem I had was some of the staff that worked on the floors and were responsible for operating the rides were too childish, playing around as if they were walking the hallways of their High schools. The goofing around caused delays on operating the rides and didn't attend to the customers properly. Other than that, I recommend this place for family. It's very clean. Food was GREAT, Affordable and Delicious. I truly did enjoy myself as well as my family.
We came to celebrate my son's bday. We had a blast. Paid $25 per person with a deal through Groupon. It included unlimited rides(tilta whirl, bumper cars, go karts,laser tag etc), 1 hour of bowling(shoe rental included)and a free appetizer or an alcoholic beverage for adults. You will have to purchase a card for the arcade games but overall it wasn't a bad deal.
I am 100% satisfied with my son's birthday party here in the VIP bowling suite. This place was clean, well-maintained & with efficient staff. From their customer service to food & decoration to bowling experience to handing big group of kids for every ride to arcade fun, nothing could have been better.

The person who stood out the most was JACK. He is FANTASTIC & SO WONDERFUL. He is upbeat, punctual, super accommodating, polite, intuitive, friendly, prompt & just goes above & beyond. He deserves an extra star for the hard work he put in to make my son's birthday successful.
We felt welcomed & so happy to have chosen this place to create some wonderful memories!! Excellence from everyone whom I have dealt with, really!! Give pats on the back all around & THANK YOU :)

Had an absolute blast with the kids! Laser tag, go karts, rides, everything was fun for all of us
One of the most outstanding staff of people I have ever seen! Every single employee insured that our group was having a fantastic time and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service!
We enjoyed it here and can't wait to go again and bring my nephew. Even as adults this place was fun and cute. We didn't get to enjoy the outdoor amenities because we were limited on time but the arcade games and carnival rides are so fun!
Loved it! Definitely worth the $$ clean fun. I was impressed there were so many lifeguards, every single one doing their job well! Only downfall is that their lockers are tiny and all the food is unhealthy. Otherwise, we will definitely go back!
