Do not take your family there if they are a stroke victim. They treated my dad poorly. They put feeding tubes in him with no food, over sedated him and released him to soon to rehab and a few days later he was unresponsive and ended back in the hospital in the emergency room then put him back in the stroke department where they released him from a few days earlier. He was doing good one time and then once one nurse sedated him too much for moving around and was rude to him telling him to hush since then his health declined ended up being brain dead and then we was led to comfort care and then almost a week later he passed.

My experience at this hospital was amazing. I went to the maternity ward to give birth and from start to finish I had a great experience. I was in at 8:30am and gave birth to my third baby at 11am. They didn't push any medication on me. The nurses; Shannon, Nicole, Abbie, and Michelle were so, so so great!!! The food was actually pretty decent and you and your plus 1 get a celabratory dinner. We had steak, baked potato and asparagus...yummy!!! Thank you L&D staff :)

I wouldn't take my puppy there it's a negligent hospital and organization. I went one time and was never seen by a doctor. Everything was coordinated through a nurse and I was discharged. They have a history of malpractice and negligent patient care and trust to have trauma designation as level 2 trauma center. It's a shame for it to be a private hospital which just as worst as UF Health. Many of these hospitals hire some of the sorriest nurses who are just in it for the money could care less about the patients. The nurse manager allows this kind of behavior because most of them are in clicks in these hospitals especially in the emergency room

We had our baby on February 1st and I must say, although the process was rough (my own body wasn’t working with me) the staff was AMAZING! I will forever remember my nurses and how kind, personal, and caring they were. Both labor and delivery AND postpartum were so wonderful. If I ever have another baby, I will definitely be going back to memorial!

Horrible experience! The nurse in the heart center should not be working with people maybe not even animals. She was too busy texting on her phone to help us with our needs. I believe she was purposely making us wait and she knew my wife was in pain. I’ve reached out to the hospital waiting for a callback.
I would like to update this review. I had a director reach out and apologize for the experience. I truly believe he and the hospital staff have the best intentions for the patient. I will try Memorial again in the future. The bad nurse has left the facility.

I had open heart surgery on Monday Oct 30. Then had to have a pacemaker installed 2 days later. These are hands down some of the best nurses! Hannah was outstanding and went above and beyond the call of being a nurse! Ashley, Kenyatta, Kay and Matt were also outstanding nurses! I did have a bad experience with a couple of nurses and spoke to Jennifer about that issue. Jennifer apologized and made things better. I certainly wouldn’t wish this type of surgery on anyone. But if I knew someone needing heart surgery, I would definitely recommend this hospital!
