Honestly can’t say enough about how good, human and kind care I had .. everyone one … and I mean everyone that I was in contact with was beyond amazing! Furthermore, the facilities are clean and with enough room for all the patients and personal alike .
I was looking around, and the overall feeling was friendly, and professional. I remember myself thanking God for the gift of being at this place, in this country with such an amazing group of people.
It really makes the difference to have this kindness and friendliness in moments like the ones us patients we are living. Thanks !

I had multiple procedures done here & I can with 100% Confidence tell you that the Billing Dept rep Alana needs training on empathy& dealing with patients better. Alana has an attitude that takes the stellar service I received during my procedure to a 1 star!!!!!Waiting on a callback from J Seymour, will update review if/when I speak to him about my “customer experience “ because I definitely can’t be the only person that has experienced her lack of customer service … my opinion she lacks emotional intelligence as it’s sometimes not what you say but … How You Say It. She definitely needs coaching in that area.

I have had the pleasure of having two Laser cataract surgeries at Memorial Same Day Surgery West just a couple of weeks ago. Both Surgeries went extremely well and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for
outstanding , competent and efficient surgery. The staff at the front desk and the surgical team were awesome.
Dr Alan Mendelsohn performed both of my surgery’s and he and his staff are the
best Eye Surgeons !!

A month ago I went to Memorial Same Day Surgery to have my cataracts removed and of course I was nervous because I didn't know exactly what to expect. But my experience couldn't have been better; The staff there know exactly how to handle the situation, and they made me feel better and more confident. The final result exceeded all my expectations.

Overall it was a good experience. The receptionist was a little non welcoming and once inside my request was not taken into consideration for my IV insertion, but after missing twice, the nurse brought in someone else to do as I originally asked.
My surgery was great, fast and painless. My discharge nurse was THE BEST!! Overlooking a few things, I was pleased with the outcome.
