First time I met Dr. Merhi he told me he was going to give me a boy, and here I am expecting a boy. I absolutely love this clinic! Doctors and staff are super friendly and always available for any concerns/questions. The only issue I had was with the billing department. Dr. Merhi should hired a competent person to run that department, but other than that I take with me a good experience with this clinic. I truly recommend Rejuvenating Fertility Center.
LOVE THIS CLINIC! My ob-gyn had recommended me to them and I have no regrets! Dr. Marco and his team are amazing and caring. “thank you" does not seem adequate to cover the feelings of gratitude my husband and I feel towards you all. The staff are always friendly, listens well and they truly care about your well-being. I loved going to the Manhattan location ( Every appointment was pure positive vibes! ) . There will never be enough words to thank you and your team , Dr Marco, for helping us become a family . We couldn't have done it without you! Thank you for making our dream a reality! My husband has had surgery for 5 years and his eyesight is 20/20 excellent.
We found our way to Rejuvenating Fertility Center in NYC all the way from Texas, seeking only Ovarian Rejuvenation at first. After consulting with Dr. Merhi, learning more about Gentle IVF, & being treated with so much kindness by RFC’s staff, we decided to transfer our care from Texas to NYC to work with Dr. Merhi. He has been instrumental in helping us overcome our age-related egg quality issues & severe sperm deficiencies. He has tailored every IVF cycle to our individual needs, carefully adjusting protocols for each round. As a plus-sized woman in her early 40s, I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to try different therapies, to attempt fresh embryo transfers, & to give our genetics a chance without being bullied into weight loss or donor conception. Dr. Merhi & his team of wonderful doctors, nurses, & staff have treated us with the utmost compassion & respect. Most of all, they have given us something invaluable: hope. ✨ After 11 years of trying, with RFC’s vital help, we recently experienced our first ever pregnancy! (Unfortunately, we miscarried, but this has reignited our hopes to keep trying.) If you are lucky enough to live near one of RFC’s locations, consider scheduling a consultation with any of their lovely doctors. I am so proud to say that I thank God for Dr. Mehri and Dr. Marcos and the entire rejuvenating staff. I was 50 years old when I started my fertility treatments and I’m proud to say that my husband and I are now four months pregnant. Glory to God for using this great office to make our dream come true! I am now 53 years old and pregnant.
Dr. Merhi and all the staff are amazing and go above and beyond for you. Not only is Dr. Merhi an exceptional and skilled doctor but he also cares about his patients and gets to know them so you don't feel like just a number. One thing I loved is this is the only doctor who ever let me have a say in my treatments and what I was and wasn't comfortable with. It was nice to feel I had some control and wasn't forced to do any unnecessary treatments, procedures or medications I didn't want but he still worked with me. I can't say enough good things about this practice.
This fertility Center is the most amazing clinic in North America. It’s the only one that offers prp for the ovaries. The lab manager IHAD is the most amazing person! And dr Marco is incredible and so is the whole staff!!! Dr Merhi is so incredible and so positive and really truly special in how attentive he is with his patients. I never thought I would feel so at home and so much love from a fertility Center like I have here. I would recommend this Center above ANYONE ELSE!
My experience with Dr. Merhi, Dr. Marco and the staff at RFC was phenomenal. From the attentiveness of the front desk to the doctors' excellent bedside manner, I couldn't have picked a better fertility center to help me on my journey to motherhood. I am so humble and grateful to this team for the level of care they provided. Thank you so much for everything!
This fertility journey has been incredibly frustrating and stressful for me. From the beginning, I overlooked several warning signs when I started contacting RFC. However, I must say that my brief interaction with Dr. Marco was excellent. Throughout this process, there should have been closer communication with the doctor. There are too many intermediaries involved due to the overwhelming number of patients they handle. On the other hand, the IVF process was a complete disaster. My IVF cycle had to be cancelled because I ovulated prematurely, and this was a result of inadequate follow-up and monitoring. Despite my attempts to notify the team about my impending ovulation, no one answered the on-call phone number, and I never received a call back. Even the on-call email went unanswered. This office has multiple email addresses and contact numbers. I had to undergo external monitoring, which required me to coordinate travel and other arrangements. It wasn't until a week before I was supposed to start the medications that I finally received the information to purchase them. I had to urgently buy them from the pharmacy recommended by the office. I had to repeatedly follow up and ask for the next steps. This process should have been clear and I should have received closer guidance as a patient. What I can gather is that RFC is attempting to accommodate more patients than they can handle. After spending thousands on lab work, medications, and monitoring, and after taking time off from work and enduring immense stress, my cycle was cancelled due to the office's incompetence in providing adequate follow-up.
This is what pharmaceutical and medical greed looks like. Over scheduled and don't even have the paperwork for the procedure they intend to perform.
Received a very encouraging referral from Dr. Badia to Dr. Herrera for my daughter's ACL surgery. The Surgery Center at Doral was super accommodative scheduling a day/time that was outside of Dr. Herrera's normal schedule. The staff was very kind and understanding guiding us through pre-op, surgery, and post-op procedures. Overall the experience at the Surgery Center at Doral was outstanding.
Dr Pender did my surgery and did a fantastic job. All the folks at SGSA have been super nice and very caring people. Timely appointments and don't make you wait long for your appt. Highly recommended
A very horrible experience, they never respect the appointments, more than 3 hours waiting after my appointment, they have to improve the customer service.

Doctor Rothkopf is a wonderful Doctor I had dense cataracts and could not read after Doctor Rothkopf did my surgery I could read I would highly recommend Doctor Rothkopf to a family member or friend
The attention of the nurses and the doctor Francisco Maderal was very good. Their teamwork was efficient and they made me feel at ease during the procedure.
Guy at front door was grumpy, but everyone else was very nice. Girl doing anesthesia over anesthetized me. I got an uneasy feeling about her before the procedure. Now I’m thinking the reason they were so insistent that someone stay the night with me is that they, too, doubted her competence. When I got home, I slept 11 hrs and awakened with vertigo. Basically, lost a day out of my life.
In all places there is a waiting time, which is lucky if they call you before. And being patient is good when it comes to health.

My experience with all the Doctors and Staff were excellent. Very professional and courteous. The facility keeps priority on keeping it very clean and sanitized during these times of COVID-19.
From Check-In until I was released, this was the most pleasant experience thanks to an incredible staff, nurses, and Dr. Stidman. I was told step by step what was taking place. My comfort was constantly monitored and all questions and concerns addressed in such a nice, friendly and professional manner. The entire experience was 5 Star all the way. Thank you
Waited over two hours past my scheduled appointment. Staff gives you the run around. Very dissatisfied with the concept of patient care. Recommend people look elsewhere for care here.

If possible I would defiantly give this place a 0. the past times I have contacted them through phone the person on the line has been so rude, so unhelpful and even HUNG UP on me, I called back and they NEVER answered me again. I had to select another option to even get a hold of anyone because the other lady must not have liked someone telling her how rude she was. They also seem to have no idea how to do their job and what is going on. They called saying a voicemail was left to them with completely different context than what was really said, again proceded to argue with me that I did not say what I actually requested. Will be looking to switch to another office. If only their office staff were professional enough then they wouldn't lose so many patients.
My daughter recently had her tonsils removed at the Surgery Center and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were friendly and informative and answered all of our questions immediately. Her procedure was explained to us in detail before anything was done and they explained every step leading up to the actual surgery before they even touched her. Thank you all SO much for making something unpleasant very bearable 😊
The ladies who answer the phone about appointments and prescription statuses were very rude to me. Nichole was the only person who was so so so nice to me. She went above and beyond to help me. The receptionist and treatment I had over the phone is the reason why I am switching to a new dermatologist.

Rude office staff. I was trying to schedule an appointment as a potential new patient. The receptionist, who doesn't seem to understand the nature of her job, seemed unhappy to have to deal with the inconvenience of an office call. She informed me that it sounded a little bit muffled on my end and hung up with out warning. How are places like these still in business?
It was absolutely wonderful from the time we checked in to being rolled out!! Most loving , caring, respectful, kind, professional folks I have ever been around... Dr. Michael Sifford and staff was awesome, I would highly

First I have to say it is a very nice office and the staff and doctors are great. However, after a biopsy I was told I needed MOHS surgery. They said they would contact my insurance company for approval. After the surgery I received a substantial bill for the office visit/biopsy and then a large bill for the balance due for my surgery. When I inquired I was informed that although they accepted my insurance they were not a in network provider. Had I been informed of this I would have not had the surgery at this office. So just an FYI, make sure they are an in network provider so you don't incur a high balance.
The worst place ever!!!!! My father was scheduled for surgery at 6 then they changed it to 12 only to do the surgery at 2:30. Staff Is very unorganized. After my father's knee surgery we went to get his medicine only to be denied because they put the wrong date on his prescription and when we called to notify them of the error they would not send over the correct one to the farmacy and to top it off the prescription that was given was the wrong one. I don't recomend this place to anyone
Staff have poor manners and are disrespectful with people who call asking for answers, they don’t care about patients or their concern or worries. would give no stars if it was an option.

The staff, from the receptionist to the Doctor really seem to care about your needs. I have yet to ask a question that they haven't worked hard to answer, plus they pre-anticipated my needs before I realized it was an issue.
My level of trust increased each time as I met a new nurse that seemed to genuinely care about how I was feeling, what my level of pain was, what could they personally do to help me.. you just don't find such caring people anymore.
I am glad I put my life in their hands.
I had an interview here, which went really well. So I thought. They got back to me a week later saying I got the job. I was incredibly happy because I hated the job I was at. I gave my noticed to my job. Toby the manager emailed me back and forth with when id be starting. On my last day at my job he emailed me and said I can start the following day. Super. Never gave me a time. I emailed 3 times asking what time to be there. Now jobless its the next day, I call the office. He isn't available. He finally emails me back and say I can start in two days. Still never a time. finally the next before I was to start, I still never heard anything. never ever did I get a phone call or email back. Toby is very much in over his head. Could never reply to an email or a phone. I still have the emails for proof to say I had the job. WHO THE HELL tells someone they have the job and then never gets back to them?! I was unemployed for a whole week THANKS TO YOU TOBY!!!! Luckily I found an incredible job days and am very happy there.
A great experience from the time they said center would open (which was exactly on time), to the kind ladies checking me in, the nurses were excellent with their kindness and complete delivery of information while answering all questions ,they were efficient an thorough and thoughtful. Dr Wiggins informed me of my anesthesia and willfully answered my questions. Anesthesia went very good with no side effects. Dr
Swymn also visited me before surgery and informed me of procedures and what to expect before and after surgery. Every nurse was friendly and kind from from the time things started to wheeling me out to my car. Overall a 5+ experience. Thanks to all at surgery center. And I’m doing great post-operatively. Thanks again for great care.
Okay So Like my son has been on the waiting List for over a year with Pediatric Dentistry on Windover so he can be put to sleep to get his teeth cleaned and pulled due to overcrowding
OSC outpatient surgery center right down the road from St Bernards hospital OSC called my son's Dentist AT THE LAST MIN. THE DAY BEFORE SURGERY to tell Them, to tell me, that OSC needs a Letter for insurance purposes from his doctor why my son needs to be sedated which is obvious he's autistic an Guess what the doctor wants me to Drive alllll the way to Paragould after ive worked all night long and because of all this at nine am which gives me one hour of sleep his doctor Mack Shotts refuses to provide this letter unless I drive all the way to Paragould and risk my life my kid's life and someone else's life should I fall asleep at the wheel. All because Out Patient Surgery Center, OSC couldn't of called a week or two weeks prior to his surgery to ask for this Letter for Insurance purposes. This is Unethical, & very unprofessional. So now My son & I get to go through this whole process AGAIN because they were Lazy & Sloppy.
My son needs his teeth pulled because of over crowding and his teeth cleaned but he needs to be sedated So thank you OSC so much for a year's worth of waiting for nothing
I think I will try Arkansas Children's Hospital in Little Rock, maybe they will be more Professional
Right before I disconnected I asked the lady in charge of records at OSC what can be done, what course of action is going to take place so this never happens to anyone else like my son Again but as usual No one wants to accept Responsibility, I received no answer to my request for OSC to correct their human error that they refuse to accept responsibility for So good luck Jonesboro OSC is the best Jonesboro can do? I find it really disappointing that one must seek medical services in Memphis or Little Rock because of such actions
And alllll OSC had to do was call a week before surgery to request this letter to provide me the patient's mother enough time to get this letter all they care about is $$$ because I don't feel like they care about their patient's by this treatment

Although i was very disappointed with the waiting room and as i said in the earlier review today several things, Iam happy to report that once my husband was taken to the area where the procedure was done we had excellent service it was spotless in this area,everyone who interacted with us was very professionel and very kind. In fact the administrator even came over and talked to me about my concerns I realized they really do care what you think and feel about your experience here. So i will have to retract my previous comment about staying away from here because i realized the things that really matter here are excellent. Definitely need a more comfortable chair and a space for the little children to wait. Sherry Lynch

My son and I have both been to see Dr. Houston. The staff got us right in to see Dr. Houston and we were so impressed with the whole experience. Sweet people! Dr. Houston is very knowledgeable and it shows how much he truly cares about his patients!!

The only downsides I've experienced with this place is that I never seem to reach an actual person when I call and scheduling an appointment is difficult for immediate concerns. Yes, I've had to wait on appointment days, but that's the medical world for you...so it is what it is.

In terms of my actual treatment - Dr. Piette was a breath of fresh air. He treated me as a human being and assured me that my skin concerns (although minor) were valid. It has been 4 months since my last appointment and my skin is in the best state it's been in years.
I typical do not write reviews, but felt I should on this. This place has a great staff, very polite, out going, and extremely friendly. Dr. Martinez, which is my doctor, is excellent. I would truly recommend this place to anyone.

I notice the other reviews, but actually going to this place myself, there is a lot of people on a daily basis, but there at only 5 reviews within 5 years. Its incredible how people love to give negative feedback/reviews, but other don't spend their time on giving good reviews..

I went to this center for about 2 years and appointments were always very difficult to schedule and often had to be scheduled out over 5 weeks later. I had considered trying somewhere else but recently decided to come back to have something checked out. When I called today for an appointment the woman who picked up the phone was very rude in her tone and I could tell she wanted to leave and didn't want to take my call. I told her i did not appreciate her attitude and hung up. This was the nail in the coffin on my decision to go somewhere else and i will not be scheduling with them again.

Very friendly staff. Never had to wait too long - felt like they respect my time and get me in and out of my appointment quickly. I have also never had a problem scheduling an appointment; they are extremely flexible. They did an excellent job removing abnormal skin and moles, which other businesses have left huge scars doing so - really appreciate that as a young woman.
Worst place ever! If you can go somewhere else, please do. The place is located in Hialeah which everyone in Miami knows it's a bad place to start with. The staff is rude, there isn't any place to park except a small parking lot where you have to pay. My car was actually towed because they have a corrupted business going on with a towing company there (Magic Towing & Recovery). I waited FIVE hours. Yes you read that right, five. There isn't enough place and is extremely crowded. I will never go there again.
Terrible! Looks worse than a Third World Hospital (and I've been in few). Too pricey for what they do and their billing dept is useless, sending me same bills month after I already paid them. Never again... I will avoid this greedy and dirty place from now on for the rest of my life.
