Safeway Pharmacy

Has been saying my medication would be available "tomorrow afternoon".... for each of the last four days. They're obviously never going to fill it, and they won't even tell me why. It's not even a controlled substance! Absolutely horrible, horrible service.

Michael the pharmacy technician has done a wonderful job in always filling my dog's medications on time and let's us know if there are delays. Amazing customer service by the Pharmacy team.

I usually find the itemsI am looking for & a few more deals to take home! Not only is it convenient it's stocked well. It's the only store I've found near me that carries my fav ice cream. So far the only downside for me is the floral department. It's overcrowded & the selections are not that great economically. I like fresh flowers for my home regularly but finding an uplifing boquet to grab & go is unlikely. All in all...I am happy with my
neighborhood Safeway.

Probably the worst Safeway I've had the displeasure of going to. I live right down the street, so the only reason I go is for convenience. My biggest gripe is the staff. I will say some are very helpful and nice, but for the most part they stand around and either do nothing or chat with each other. There's only 2, maybe 3 checkout lanes open at any given time, with at least 4-5 customers in each lane. There is always a line waiting for the self-checkout, meanwhile 4 employees at customer service chatting.
They're not attentive and when asked to help with any errors with the self checkout, there's zero customer service given. I refuse to by any meat or seafood after watching two workers eating in the back room where meat/seafood is processed. No mask, no hairnet....The only reason this store survives is because of the location.

What a disaster. The people who work here have now lost three prescriptions. When they don’t lose prescriptions, they don’t have the medicine in stock. When they don’t have something is stock, they don’t bother to call and tell you they don’t have the medication in stock. You have to go there, wait for them to notice they have a customer, then watch them waste more of your time trying to figure out why they have not filled your prescription. When you are there to pick up the medication they said they would order and have for you the next day and they don’t have it, probably because they did not order it, they certainly did not call you to tell you they did not get your medication. When they do finally get a medication in for you, they do not call to let you know they actually have what you needed three days ago. Of course, the best is when they tell you the doctor has not sent them the prescription, and you get to tell them you think they are right because you brought the hard copy of the prescription in the store and gave it to them. This place only has liars, lazy people, and stupid people as employees. When you find yourself going to this pharmacy after reading this review, question your own sanity.
