As a regular purchaser of cigars at various international locations, I value courteous and professional service.
Regrettably, the interaction with Anita was notably rude and made my family and I feel unwelcome, impacting our overall experience negatively. Given this experience, I am inclined to reconsider future purchases from this establishment.

I can't say it's a completely duty-free experience. I bought a few bottles of alcohol and the prices on some items were almost the same as the prices in the city.
Amazing shops with everything you want you can have it cheesy, chocolate, perfume, vitamins and cafes plus restaurants around

I bought some drinks at the store and didn't receive the travel idea bag. As a result, I was prevented from taking the products with me on the plane. And so far the store hasn't refunded my loss.
