Each and every single employee there is simply amazing. I needed accomodations, and they never made me feel uncomfortable about that.
The sound is great, bathrooms are very clean, safe, and monitored.
You can park really easily on the street, or the nearby parking garages.
A+ venue.
Since the event, I have also heard the artists' comment on what a great venue this was, and how accomodating all of the staff was to them also.

Worst music venue I have ever attended. The room was over 100 degrees (yet it was 23 outside), and when I brought it to the managers attention, he blew me off quicker than New York Minute. The fire exits were blocked with band gear. Had there been a fire or other situation needing evacuation, expect you will likely die at the skyway lounge. None of the sinks in the mens bathroom worked. I saw men take a piss and they had no choice but to walk out without washing their hands. Gross!! Oh, the drinks. $31 for two small shots, 2 bottles of water. Given what I saw on my first visit here, this place should ( and likely will) get shut down, citing numerous health and fire code violations. Stay away from any venue where you will be treated like cattle, and your comfort and safety are ignored. But they sure will take your money!

My absolute favorite venue in the twin cities. Wasn't rail, it's there. Need to sit, head upstairs. Perfect size for so many shows.
It's always a great venue for concerts. Lots of parking with parking ramp next to venue on 7th street or across the street first Ave has plenty of parking too. I love seeing shows at a smaller venue, and the prices and fees are way less than ticketmaster prices, especially for the large venues. I've seen shows in each of the rooms, and they are all good acoustically.
It gets a bit warm, but it's a fantastic venue. There is also a loft, so if the main floor gets to be too much, you can at least move somewhere else. All the staff were excellent too.
Saw a show here recently and thought the venue was decent. Sound quality was great. Drinks are priced as expected and the bartenders were friendly. Not the cleanest venue I've been too.
