LOT S106 Parking Lot

Lot was 90% Contract parking with signs warning to be towed or ticketed and made no exception for weekends even with an empty lot. Problem is there is no free parking and few paying spots for guests visiting a U of MN St Paul auditorium for school performing arts. You park illegally or pay and walk 100 yards in below freezing snow storm. MN or not, U of MN has plenty of room to build needed lots closer to functions. Can you imagine not having parking at a football game?

Non-handicapped, as well as handicapped, spaces available but the sign says FULL, so no entry allowed. No one would answer on the speaker. Had to go to metered parking down the hill. Poor tracking of spaces.
