Really good parking spot, about 5 min walk to the bus station and the rest of Exeter. However, it is not cheap! £2.30, but you can also park 10 hours for £11. Said that, its free to park from 6pm to 8am.
The location is perfect - it's on a quiet street off the city centre. We love using this little car park when we need to go to the city centre.

Reasonable open air car park. Close to the top of the high street and the cinema. Free after 6pm.
