The doctor is very discriminatory and overbearing. The receptionist only lets acquaintances in. This place just wants to take Medicare money
Dr Hoang Tran is quite good and straight to the point which is something I always look for in a professional service.
Also really appreciated the fact that he did a general check up afterwards as well since there was some time and gave me options which I can decide what to do myself and secondary steps if symptoms persists as to not waste time for a secondary visit.
Also I noticed there are a lot of posts about customer service which is highly unfairly judged, I think people need to take into consideration that this is a bulk billing GP you can’t expect top of the line customer service and not have to pay co-payment. I think the customer service and wait times are pretty good give the fact that it’s bulk billing.

I came to this clinic last week and again no surprise to be served with the extremely rude and unprofessional receptionist.Never again
The clinic itself is good, clean, professional but it took me two days to get in touch with the receptionist. I hope management sees this and hires extra staff because they are clearly unable to answer all calls, often sounding too busy putting me on hold before catching a hello, hanging up before I'm done with my queries (which takes a long time to get through if I even can) and more often than not diverting all calls to voice message stating their trading hours when I'm calling within opening hours.

The Surgery is a comfortable experience. Starting with the receptionist who makes you feel so warm and welcomed.
