Always love taking visitors to CCC. The food is beautifully presented and tasty. Service has certainly improved from a year ago. Do make a booking for dinner and be aware that some dishes might be sold out.

The restaurant is tucked away in a little square with other eateries. The staff were very welcoming (we had booked ahead and would recommend to do so). The restaurant was very busy but service was excellent and we didnt wait for anything. The menu comes on a tablet to choose your meal. I couldve picked anything on there as it all looked and sounded delicious. We ordered the devilled chicken, hot butter calamari and a tempered mixed seafood starter. The food came out and it was displayed beautifully. For our mains we had a beef curry, river king prawn and they made a non spicy dish for my younger son. It was served with rice and pol roti. I have to say it was one of the best meals we had in Colombo. If your there for just a day/night I'd highly recommend here. The staff were so helpful and even got us a Tuk Tuk for the journey home.

What a find this place is! I loved everything about it, service, food, ambience all outstanding. If you know and love authentic SL food you will also love this place, they pull no punches with flavouring & spices, just as it should be. Oh btw, my parents were born in SL and I have spent a lifetime eating SL food prepared by aunties & old school cooks, so I know, ya know ;-)

The waiting staff look happy in their work and this combined with outrageously good food imbues the place with joy. Everything was prepared, cooked and presented beautifully. All the other diners looked very happy too, big smiles and enthusiastic appreciation all around me.

Such a rarity, a completely faultless dining experience, I told them so and begged them not to listen to the people complaining about the food being too spicy, it's Sri Lankan, it's meant to be!

I visited twice in a week and will be going back regularly when I return to Colombo at the end of May 24.

You do not want to miss this if you’re in Colombo, great food, service and atmosphere. The food is authentic with a modern flair and in keeping with Sri Lanka tradition the service is warm friendly and extremely attentive. The Hoppers are a must try and the devilled chicken starter was my favourite dish. There is far too much creativity on their menu to list in this review, but rest assured you will not be disappointed. Anura was a great host and ensured we were well taken care of, he is well supported by his team. Drinking premium spirits here does not break the bank which is an added bonus. We were even surprised with a buffalo curd dessert a great finishing touch to our evening. Cannot recommend enough to anyone in Colombo local or tourist!

You should absolutely try this restaurant if you want to eat delicious Sri Lankan food! Although their prices are above Sri Lankan standards, these are the normal prices in this area of Colombo and many restaurants offer less for more. Also, unlike other restaurants, their prices are all inclusive (many restaurants in the area add 25% extra for taxes and 10% extra for the service in the final bill). Staff are super friendly and the food is simply DELICIOUS. We ordered hoppers and they were by far the best ones we ate in Sri Lanka (they even cooked them in front of us!). We highly recommend this restaurant!!👍🏻

We were here on 31st december, had a tempting seafood dinner. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to address our queries and recommended a few dishes wish could suite our palate. The seafood curries and the hoppers were too delicious. The taste and the experience was worth it and not too expensive as well. Highly recommended
