DCPS Central Office

I am very displeased with the customer service at DCPS Central Office. I am putting a review here instead of speaking to someone because they do not believe in that anymore. Everything is an email or voice message. They don't care about people. I came down to the office and had to communicate through emails in person. At least this time I got a response before a week or after business hours. One

time I came and the person had no knowledge of who or what I was talking about. The other time I came the person took my phone from me and sent an email as if I was to simple to form an email explaining my situation. I am so annoyed and insulted.

It is impossible to get anyone to answer the telephone in this office. I have left messages regarding an important matter no one has gotten back to me. This is by far the worst service I have ever experience.

The guards at the front desk were able to help get me to the right staff member I needed to talk to. And I was very pleased with the service received. Thank you DC!
