CVS

I used cash at the self-checkout, and the change I received included a bill that was nearly torn in half. When I informed a worker, they said there was nothing they could do except suggest I use the damaged bill for another purchase. This is unacceptable. Completely rude and nasty about it for no reason. I will say that the pharmacy staff are tolerable though.

Second time in the past few months that I’ve gone in for a prescription and their entire system was down. This time, it was antibiotics, that I now have to wait an extra day to retrieve.

Was requesting for an emergency medicine and they said very relaxing “we are closed and we cannot help” very worst and non humanity pharmacy. Not recommended for anyone

I’ve been here a couple times and Danielle is the best cashier I’ve had so far. Not too many people genuinely love their jobs so it was good to see that she did. She was kind, smiled the whole time and checked me out quickly, keep doing a great job Danielle!

Something has got to change with this store. Most items are locked. There is literally one employee for the entire store that is able to go and unlock an item. Self check out only. If there is an issue with the self check out that same employee is the only one that can go and assist. Also, the 10 PM close time? I’d rather go across the street to the more expensive Harris Teeter for toiletries. This system is absurd.

I got bopped on the head while I was looking at products on a lower shelf as someone who was robbing the store swung their giant bag containing their haul over their shoulder. Good times. By the time I was ready to pay someone else came in and stole more stuff. That’s maybe why they’re always out of stuff. I’m happy this CVS is in the neighborhood and shop here frequently because they have a ton of essentials and you can actually get in and out quickly unlike Harris Teeter but it’s like all of this countries social problems are on display in one small place.

I always have amazing experiences at this CVS. I’ve never been disappointed with my service here. I’ve always left the store thinking, “Thank God I live next to such a quality, competent CVS!”

I had the pleasure of having Russell check me out. She is such a great worker (and a genuine person). She had the CUTEST nails ever! She was wonderful. It makes me so proud to know that my local CVS has such a great staff behind them to make sure people are being taken care of efficiently.

Emad (the pharmacist) helped me with the issues I was having with my prescription. He is such a life saver! I was going through so much trouble to get my refill in a timely manner, and he helped me through that process while providing me with his patience, his respect, and his ability to help me. I am so happy to live next to such a quality CVS. Not every CVS is like this one. I thank the lord every day for blessing me with such a quality CVS just around the corner. I don’t know what I’d do without them and their amazing staff!!

Be patient, be kind, treat others the way you want to be treated. The world is a much better place when we all enter every interaction with kindness and respect (like the CVS employees did). Have a great Friday and enjoy the warm weather! :)
