One of the best cafes in Bucharest. Good coffee, good food, nice location. Lavander cheescake is something to try!

Great coffee and quick service. We were fortunate to sneak in when it was nearly empty, by the time we had finished our coffee the shop was full.

Toilets need attention as 9.30 in the morning there was no toilet paper

I don’t really like to leave reviews, but on this occasion I must. I visited the cafe on Calea Victoriei, after my mom raved about the one at Romana. She loves it there. I work in customer service and I must say this is the rudest server I’ve ever seen. She did not greet us, I had to say my order three times and she continued to look at me dazed, it was like she had no desire to work there. (Black hair, cat eye eyeliner) I understand it’s 7pm and people are tired but her attitude was just beyond. She took the money, didn’t say anything, gave me the change and didn’t even mention “we’ll be right with you” or “you can come pick up your drinks at the bar.” The barista was nice, and was able to adjust my drink as I told him I couldn’t have any hemp seeds. It’s my humble opinion that staff should be provided with customer service training to ensure your business runs smooth and clients love to come here. I read the other reviews and all have 1 star when it comes to the service. Please consider this as an opportunity to improve. Your coffee is amazing and so should be the service. We ordered the Hippie Coffee and Salted Caramel coffee. The hippie coffee was delicately flavored with cardamom and hemp with just a touch of sweetness. The salted caramel coffee was also very delicately flavored. They were both served with frothed milk, with vegan options available. We choose regular cow's milk and it was silky smooth. I definitely recommend a coffee break here.

The hot chocolate with oat milk was decent, not too sweet which was perfect, but also not so tasty.
Unfortunately the didn’t have any vegan savory or sweet snack. Apparently they only have one sweet vegan option which was obviously not enough since there wasn’t any left when we got there.
Hopefully they will add more vegan options with savoury ones included in the future

Nice place to stop for a break. Coffee good, comfortable seating. Service good. Toilet clean. The cat thought it was a nice place for a nap (see picture).

It's my first visit to Romania, and I wanted to drink a good coffee, I was greeted with pleasure by the employees of this location, and the location Manager offered to help me with suggestions about the city! congratulations to the employees!! thank you to the location Manager for taking the time to help me with information about the location and the city.
I highly recommend this please. The coffee was very good as well as the environment.
