Courtyard on Constitution

I’ll start with the mice. They have an exterminator come out monthly but have only every seen this person if a complaint was made. For the first 3 months requested someone come out and patch up the points of entry but after 6 months I am still seeing mice! Cat literally just caught one🤬Also they can be heard running throughout the walls. Speaking of walls they are paper thin. Can clearly hear my neighbors conversations at all hours of the night. Neighborhood is also less than desireable, car was broken into week 1. I really wish I would have found reviews before moving in but I wouldn’t advise, run! Rent is cheap but unless you are desperate and enjoy having critters do not sign on the dotted line.
