Costa Coffee

It’s the worst Costa coffee I have visited. Very dirty tables, absolutely rude and careless staff, not nice cappuccino. In a rush hour ( lunch time) there was only one guy working as a cashier and making the caffe, which suggested a huge line waiting. On the top of that he was very rude.

Nice cheese cake. Terrible coffee which was excessively foamy and lacked flavour. They forgot about our order. When we reminded them the coffee was swiftly made in less than a couple of minutes so the result wasn't good.

Literally worst coffee shop I’ve been in.

Coffee was ok, dessert was old.
ALL tables were dirty and with leftovers from other customers (the whole hour we’ve been there).
Barista was super unfriendly, had to ask for each little thing (no fork with a cake, no cup covers, etc), never smiling, not even talking.
People, pass it by. There are too many good places around to risk to have this experience.

This Costa branch is a little different as it's out in the middle of the mall floor rather than in a separate space. Good place to chill and watch the crowds go by. Staff could be more friendly and clean the tables more (or at all).

Decent cappuccino and cake, good croissant

This place at 9:00 an hour before the mall open. Nice comfertable place .
