Our company was looking for office space in the DC area to be closer to our government customers. AdvantEdge was a perfect fit!! The space is beautiful (lovely artwork, great common areas) and the staff is awesome!! Can't say enough nice things about the people!! We have a small office to demo our equipment but can easily take advantage of the conference room as needed. We held an open house and the staff and tenants were nothing but helpful and cordial! We were running a lot of it from out of town which is typically difficult, but not with Penney and her team - they made it easy! Anything we needed, they accommodated. It was like having family (good family!) working beside you, making sure you were a success. The office itself is nice and they were very accommodating with our table and desk needs - I was amazed! And the location is great - easy to get to food and walk just about anywhere. I highly recommend AdvantEdge Workspaces!!
Highly recommend AdvantEdge Workspaces!! Penney is phenomenal and was always ahead of us and offering great support/suggestions. The entire AdvantEdge Team goes above and beyond - once they even had to retrieve a pallet of ours from the sidewalk (long story). So thankful for the partnership we have with AdvantEdge Workspaces.
Our company has nothing but good things to say about Penney and AdvantEdge Workspaces! They are flexible and work hard to meet your business needs. Their staff are always helpful, responsive and friendly. The office spaces are beautifully kept, and there are plenty of options for additional meeting space and storage. The kitchens are spotless and have a selection of coffees and teas, vending machines, and even an ice machine. There are additional perks like Friday morning bagels, a fitness center, bike storage, and massage chairs. The location is also a benefit as it is close to many restaurants and hotels and not too far from several Metro stations. We highly recommend renting in this space!
My organization has been renting office space at AdvantEdge for over a decade and I can't recommend them highly enough. Penney and the entire staff have always been incredibly helpful, responsive and flexible, the offices have great services and amenities and the location can't be beat. Working in a space with kind and friendly people makes a real difference day to day. If you need office space downtown there's no better option.
We have been with AdvantEdge for over two years and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The staff is awesome, the facility is awesome, the location is awesome. Compared to other co-working spaces, AdvantEdge is classy - nice art everywhere, beautiful conference rooms. We also appreciate the privacy the offices offer. The glass enclosed, fish bowls at other places we looked at were not appealing both from an optics perspective as well as we did not feel comfortable having an office full of strangers with eyes on our whiteboard. Bottomline, this place is great. Check it out
Happy to say that I am the longest term tenant. Twenty-five years of maintaining my offices with this excellent, caring, alert, hardworking team. From time to time I have tested the marketplace by looking at other suites. None as ever come close to the appearance and personal service I have had. These are nice people to deal with and also ready to help. Now they are adding additional perks like helpful talks from interesting speakers and they have gone way beyond what has been required to provide a safe and secure workplace as a result of COVID. Also, an unbeatable location in a AAA building.
Ideal office space for me and my partners. AdvantEdge offers great location with an incredible infrastructure. We are extremely happy with our decision to move to this office... The building is only blocks away from multiple metro stations + spacious garage and day care on site (lobby). The facilities are very clean, organized and can accommodates any kind of business and teams of any size. It is a pleasure to come to work - the staff is incredibly friendly and very professional. Whatever you need, any time you need it, they'll respond to your needs immediately. There is even a massage chair and potting green to practice your short game! Plenty of conference rooms for you to walk into or you can also reserve in advance -- nobody is keeping track of how many minutes you are using the rooms (some competitors do)... To all this, add breakfast on Monday and Fridays and multiple events and seminars that AdvantEdge hosts throughout the year. Rooftop is also very nice. I give them a 10 - no questions
