Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Waited in the line for almost a full hour the manager today march 20th I ordered my food and the manager didn’t want to give it to me because they were “closed” she finally handed me my food without the sauces I ordered didn’t get biscuits nor my side orders and when I tried saying something about it she closed the window in my face and said “we’re closed” the person behind me didn’t even get to order cus they sent them away and the person in front of me barley got to order paid full price for food I didn’t receive pregnant wife is not happy. And the lady didn’t give me my receipt even when I asked for it.

Went to this location in Clinton Maryland and our food was terrible. The chicken was burnt the 6 small wings made us sick and they smelled spoiled, not only that they had a terrible taste. I was too far gone to go back however, I called the manager today to let her know our outcome of the food and the experience we had. We are sick behind this! I'm at work the chicken is home in the fridge. I offered to get pictures and she declined those. She wants me to go home and bring the chicken back to them in order for the to right their wrong!. What an inconvenience considering everything was terrible, burnt and spoiled. I've always had a bad experience here but thought I would give them another try. EPIC fail! Ugh.

Good customer service got my food fast clean diner area and bathroom I like going inside for my food because drive thru can be long

I was definitely surprised!! When I walked up to counter deleted told me to hold on that seemed to take about 10 minutes afterwards I ordered and it took relatively about 2 minutes and the chicken or dry like rubber.

This location had an extremely long drive-thru line. The line did not move quickly at all. We decided to go inside to make the purchase and that also took a long time. Once we received our food the biscuits were hard and the chicken seem to still have flour in the batter where it had been fried. I'm used to this location doing much better but the service time is definitely slow so be prepared. This is not a place to go if you are in a rush or need to move quickly..

Chicken was overcooked. I was so disappointed. What has happened with Popeyes lately. They took away onion rings, they took away dirty rice. Today's chicken was very dry and hard to chew. Biscuits were very very hard and dry. Please Popeyes, I use to really love your food. Please stop and find your pride again. All fast foods rush to cook and serve. I thought you were different. My heart is broken. I need good food !

Disappointed but not even surprised. Ordered a four piece and fries, not only were the portion of the fries basically nothing but one more piece of chicken was missing. I also ordered a small cup of gravy and I didn’t get that either. The thing was it was it was a long day for me and I was exhausted. When I got home it was already 12:00AM. Honestly I’m tired that every time I go to this Popeyes I have a terrible experience. Whether it’s an extremely rude worker or my order is always wrong and I’ve just accepted it and eat it anyway and I don’t go there often. It’s my last option if I want a warm meal and it’s too late to cook. I think it’s the Clinton area that honestly just has awful customer service. This really ruined my night though.
