This frappe was one of the best in my entire life. I think the beverages are only the main thing which lifts Third wave coffee. Other than this the staff (especially the guy) was very helpful, but when I showed a small hair in the sandwich that I ordered to the lady who prepared it, she replaced it with a rude face. This reduced one ⭐. I couldn't use my Flipkart super coins here so that again reduced one ⭐. By the way, for beverages, I will surely recommend this place.
This was our first visit. It was difficult to figure out what to order as the food display menu keeps moving. We ordered a wrap and a sandwich and cold coffees to wash it down. Coffee came way before the food. Looking at the Menu later, I found that we could have saved some by ordering combos. Great food, great coffee, but sequence of service and display of menu could be better to help choose and order food better.
It is located inside the Crossword store which gives it a really great vibe !

We ordered a coffee and fabulous croissants. The flavour profile was perfect. I daresay the croissants were at par with the ones I have had in JW Marriott and that's saying something. I think the coffee was ok per my friend Tushar who's a coffee connoisseur. He didn't add any sugar because he wanted to taste just the coffee , and hence the rating. We also felt they were slightly overpriced but well , all that for a lovely space and great service .
I have been visiting this place since it started. I have been purchasing coffee beans since then & I have been treated very well as the service is fantastic. Thanks to Inder, Harshal, Lakshmi and other staff sorry that I don’t know their names for being so helpful. To the area manager please hire such staff like above as they are very helpful and friendly. Good job everyone! Would want to stay connected forever! Oh yes also I love brewing my own coffee so it’s not the coffee shop image but my room as I love enjoying my coffee alone!!
Love their coffee and crossaint. Coffee places like these usually don't have eating items so good, but that's what I like about third wave is their food is also good

Talking about the place, it is inside the Crossword store so it is a heaven for book and coffee lovers.
I ordered their Hummus Pita Platter which was amazing and also Macha Coffee which was too milky I guess so was looking very flat.
