This is a highly mismanaged store. Most of the time you will find either staff arguing with each other or Systems will be down or long queue with only one billing counter. Price at billing will be different than what's advertised and they will simply say, it's updated, need to change board.

most fraud in reliance, there are display offer 2kg onion at rs 63, when i purchased and billing i check bill they take rs 140 amount for 2kg onion i have used debit card, then i asked to refund my my money i don't want to purchased then they refunded me as credit point on mobile but not given me money back, this point only use in reliance signature mall, that is very frustrating and disappointing FRAUD concept of reliance, my money they convert into coint that is mean i use only in reliance signature mall

Good variety. It is packed with stuff which is overflowing onto the sidewalk. Nice location on ground floor.

Worst customer service. Their UPI don’t work properly and they take more than 10 days to refund the deducted amount.When you pay by cash they don’t have change. Customer support is careless and reluctant.

They have very limited stuff. And plus their Vegies aren't fresh

I am writing this after shopping regularly at Reliance Fresh for more than a decade and a half. Service with a smile and well stocked, with very competitive prices. In rush hours, active checkout counters always seem less in some locations. At the bigger outlets, there is no problem. The rewards and points programs are also very good. Timings are also good. Hopefully, 24x7 outlet timings will be available in India soon.

Compete mismanagement. Vegetables and fruits are kept in rain. Some vegetables are fell down over the ground but no ye log apni masti me.
