Bounce Mania

Absolutely loved our visit to Bounce Mania! Friendly staff and tons of fun for the kids. The inflatables, slides, and ball pit kept them entertained for hours. Plus, the canteen served delicious food. Highly recommend!

This is a huge (and I mean it quite literally) soft play centre with plenty of space for the kids to have amazing time. Despite it being crowded, there was plenty of space for all the kids. Huge bouncy castles, ball pit and slides. I didn't try the food here so can't really comment but there was a wide range of choices and the food was reasonably priced.
The only downside I think is for the price (£8 per child over 4), you get only 1.5 hours of play time. Would have liked at least 2 hours. Hopefully, the owners take a note and increase the time. I would still highly recommend this soft play for kids of all ages.

My daughter had her birthday party here and it’s our second time back since. She loves it! The inflatable side and soft play options makes this venue stand out.

I bring the children here regularly, the only soft play centre we go to now. It's a reasonably priced day out. The kids love the food, the burgers and pizza are always spot on. Halal.

Best to come earlier in the day as can get busier during the afternoon. Plenty of parking outside. Probably the cleanest of the soft play centres in Birmingham. .

It’s a great indoor play area, designed for both - younger and older kids, great fun for adults too! The food service is great, ordered fries only which was served fresh and tasty, so can’t refer to other meals. Definitely the variety is huge. The area itself needs a lot of deep cleaning. Both - inflatable and softplay area had a lot of dust & hair in each corners. The ladies toilet was so badly smelly and dirty - for the whole 2 hours us staying there was never cleaned, with the dirty mop abounded right by the sinks. The disable toilet was much cleaner, but I assumed because the staff is using it too.
Yet the dirty mops with water buckets were left by the toilet door exposed to anyone entering it. Not safe for the children.
My huge disappointment is the staff itself. Especially the girl who from the moment we walked in, had no manner to even say hello or smile, throughout our stay was mainly standing or sitting with the mobile in her hand, fixing her scarf and make up on, playing the music which suits her taste (not really I would play this music to my children) She definitely need to be trained for customer service.

The place is fantastic for kids. I bring my niece and nephew everytime they come to visit. The staff are always really helpful and are always looking out for the kids playing here. Thanks aqsa and masuma for today theybare always great

Top place for kids parties. Very clean soft play. Lots of obstacles and areas for kids to run around, explore and enjoy. Busy place but staff were really accommodating. Made our little girl's birthday celebrations very memorable.
