My children love this place - every parents worst nightmare as it means we have to spend lol. Should be named Kid City but fab entertainment complex with everything under one roof including food places + they hold some nice events for FREE in the holidays and FREE parking so winwin if you need to entertain the kids or yourself. Packed out on the weekends though with long queues

Came here for my sons birthday, didn’t have a party just booked normal booking and we all had a great time. Fantastic place for children and the toddler area is the best by far that I have been to. Great role play area and a fantastic sensory room. Also very clean and spacious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. 100% recommend. Thankyou for a great day!

Went to Head over heels for the first time and the Wimslow branch in particular. It is a little pricey however the facilities are fantastic this making it worth visit. Due the cost I wouldn’t be able to visit as much as I’d like however I’d still prefer to come here than anywhere else compared to the places I’ve visited so far.

The staff were fantastic! AJ greeted us and got us booked in and then the rest of the staff were great too. The young lady in the under ones section was very helpful but unfortunately I forgot here name. The chap at he cafe who was also a manger there was great too, I think he was called Michael or James… sorry if that isn’t your name.

Overall wonderful experience and happy to recommend and visit again. I just wish it was a little cheaper. I understand quality comes at a cost but 10/20% would get me to come back more often.

Thank you and see you soon hopefully.

Excellent space for children to be entertained! Cafe area is great too, plenty of seating space, different children choices to eat. Also you could leave there your belongs and go to play and come back to eat, play again...

Not too busy during week days (avoid school holidays if you have a little one!) also unlimited time to stay during these days.

Staff are nice, facilities are in a great condition and very clean all the time.

The sensory room is great too, the toddles space too. Kitchen, icecream van or building facilities are there! With a lot of costumes for little ones to choose!

Excellent Place For Childrens . babies Playing Area And Adults Play Area . Amazing. Every one Have Go To Visit Thare . Lots Of Enjoying Thare.
I Failed To First Try 😔
Went to Little Hooligans as other venue we’d planned to visit was unexpectedly closed.
Definitely a good thing. Place was clean, young lady was tidying tables, another lady taking food/drink orders was very pleasant and helpful even though she was run ragged. Definitely another member of staff needed along with the 3 I saw. It was half term and naturally busy.
I don’t live in the area so relied on google maps directions to arrive by car, this was not helpful though as you cannot park at the venue, we eventually figured out we had to park at the local Asda where no lifts were working.

We've just been for the first time and it's top notch in regards of what it offers and the cleanliness. Not just a soft play but also interactive sensory experiences like moving animals and a dance zone, plus a huge section for under 3s where you'd normally only get something a bit naff for little ones. Kayleigh and Tia served us food and drinks and were really lovely and chatty. My only downside would be the pricing, it's pretty astronomical! Places charging for adults are always annoying, cost £9.50 for me and my husband to be able to watch our kid play. Plus £5.50 for a 3 month old who can't do anything is a lot of money.

It's ok for a few hours. Parking is tricky on the weekends so arrive early. Some good places to take the kids to keep them entertained and some nice restaurants to get a meal if you fancy that. Just make sure to avoid the gangs. A lot of people tend to go there looking for trouble so keep your eyes open, especially at night. Daytime isn't normally too bad

Great first time visit today. Little boy absolutely loved it. Staff where fab also. Lovely secure place, we will be back for another visit
Honestly, it’s one of the best soft play places we’ve come across in a while! And we’ve been to quite a lot of them! We arrived at 1:40pm not realising that it shuts at 2:30pm on weekdays. However, the lady with black hair who was on reception, allowed us to get in to play till close free of charge, which was so kind of her when she didn’t even have to do it. Our daughter and son both loved it, we had a quick coffee too, we’ll definitely be back, the play frame itself is huuuuge and under 4s area is great too! Thank you!

My 3 year old attended a party here this Afternoon, 1 member of staff (girl with blonde hair) was extremely rude to me, I ordered food, and after 30 mins of not receiving it I popped down stairs to check they hadn’t forgotten me.
They’re response was that it would be ready in 15/16 minutes, i cancelled it as there was only 30 minutes left of the party.
When I asked for a refund I was told that everyone ordered at the same time and it would be with me shortly, I asked her why she was being so rude and snappy to me, this carried on for a little while and again I asked why she was being rude?! And had no response, I asked for her name in which she responded I don’t have to give you my name.
I simply said ok no problem, as I walked away she was bad mouthing me to her colleague.
I have never complained in reviews but I felt I had to this time as the said person was very rude, sarcastic and seemed to have a chip on her shoulder, we won’t be attending again.
Shame as apart from your staff member, you have a lovely place for kids to play
Huge adventure soft play with separate unders 5s section. Also has a climbing wall at a small extra cost. Cafe is good and does good coffee and cakes.

The grandkids loved it. Very reasonably priced entry and cafe on site is great value too. Coffee is propper stuff. Even has free WiFi too
We had a party here for our son's 5th birthday and the staff were great. They were very attentive and made an effort to make sure the day went to plan. We enjoy going there generally because its cleaner than most and the party space is ample for little kids. Also wanted to say a huge thank you to Kerry who was the party host and my right hand. She went above and beyond to make sure our son had the best party. She was very organised, friendly with the kids and adults and was always on hand to help with whatever we needed. We would definitely recommend little hooligans for parties and will be booking one in future for our younger child.
Thanks team!

This was perfect for our four month old. There's a designated under three area with a sensory room, mini ball pit / climbing area and slide, mini role play activities like a boutique / shop / construction site.

Facilities toilets and cafe were amazing and the bigger play area looked great fun. Will definitely be returning

Nice place. Great restaurants and play places for children.

Good place also for family outings and dinner.
Used to love coming here with the kids especially when it was first opened but sad to say service seems to be declining as time passes. Staff used to be quite welcoming but our recent experience was really bad. There were two blond girls that were quite rude from the very moment we entered. Their customer service and people skills were non existent. Took my daughter there for her birthday to have some fun with her sis and cousins and chose to not make a big deal of anything for her sake. Husby had already had a quick word at the beginning. There seems to be a special treatment if you booked a party room or you don’t get a great service.

People come here for the experience and we had a more fantastic experience ten fold at kfc (which is a fast food restaurant) after compared to time spent here. My sis in law who was there for the first time noticed their rudeness and wanted to have a word but I suggested some people ain’t worth the energy. All I can say is a word to the wise is enough. Immature staff need to get proper training in dealing with service users especially considering it’s primarily catered to children.

My 6 year old had a wonderful party here. All the guests enjoyed it. Party host phoebe was great and kept us informed throughout the party of what would happen next. Good entertainment in the disco room and other hosts joined in which was an added bonus. Left over kids food was put out for adults to have at the end which was great as there was lots left over. Squash left at end of tables for everyone. Just at the end we left like we were being rushed out. Other parents were picking up their kids and we felt we had to rush them a bit and leave. Other than that the whole party experience was 5 stars.

Took my grandchildren here, twice, they absolutely loved it. I cannot wait for them to come again as they really want to go again.
Had our daughters birthday here with the exclusive hire option! It was just as I had imagined I just wish we had longer! Holly and Kelly were great hosts, they helped from beginning to end and they were so lovely. They didn't try and takeover they allowed me to have everything as I wanted and were always at hand to help. Our daughter and our guests loved every second of it even the grown ups. The venue was very clean. Big thank you to Kelly and Holly! You'll be seeing us again.

Fairly nice. Well maintained and kept clean. Has a separate toddler area, but not much to offer. Food options are not great for parents who are health conscious, but not allowed to bring in own food or drinks.
Tbh I tried this venue out with a 8 and 10 year old , have been to better I was expecting more it felt cramped in seating area .. wall climb extra cost .. they have a menu but we didn't eat , you cannot take things in with you .it will be confiscatedif you do ... you have to buy food n drink there .. we did get 2 free bottles of water for the children ..but after 30 mins they had enough tbh and we left .. parking is free but cars were all double parked outside due to not enough spaces ..but it was busy

It is a good complex with many activities and food places. The bowling and kids arcade games place are always quite busy which is a testament to how much people enjoy coming here. The parking is free and is quite big. I normally go here on the weekend and in the afternoon I never had to wait for parking, always been able to find a spot straight away. Overall it's a good place where you could easily spend a whole day.

Highly recommend this play centre. It is stunningly set out, clean and bright. The staff are all amazing, and cannot do enough for you. The food is great and all very reasonably priced (very good coffee too). A very special mention for Jaimie too; what a credit he is. Would give double the amount of stars if I could. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It’s stinks and it’s damp. Imagine a well lit cave, full of 100s of kids! 🤦🏻‍♂️
The only good points are:
1. the food, which was surprisingly good and
2. the friendly staff, who despite the smell and chaos somehow manage to remain professional.

As soon as we walked in, we were hit with an overwhelming mould smell. I had two toddlers with me, so couldn’t just turn around and leave, otherwise I 100% would have. We soon found out why it smelled so bad. Play equipment and walls are all covered in mould. I don’t usually write reviews but I was absolutely disgusted. As soon as we got home, my partner asked why the kids smelled so weird. I’m really surprised why none of the other reviews mentioned anything of this. I will certainly not return.
Took grandson here today, its OK. Lot of space available to sit, play area is good but for the space available could be better. Price and time available to play is good, sadly you have to buy socks to enter though. This makes the visit more expensive to some of us who are already on a tight budget, especially when you want a drink each as well. Nice place but been to cheaper and better place elsewhere.
Also no sandwiches for kids, to say it's a play centre, so more expense on food.
We came here to try a different place than our regular place in Brownhills. I think we stick to what we know and go back there.
Recently found this place. The prices are incredibly reasonable. Didn't really see the children for nearly 3 hours! Very hot in there, if you're peri menopausal take a fan!

I have a 2 year old and a 6 month old and we love it here! The food is good and reasonably priced. The staff are always polite and friendly. It’s a very clean soft play centre and I always see the staff cleaning and tidying up. They also keep a close eye on the baby and Under 5 section to make sure there’s no bigger kids in there and they are very health and safety conscious. I’m glad I found it and I’ll be a frequent visitor especially during the autumn and winter months.

Best soft play for miles, not too big so you loose the kids, but big enough so they’re occupied for the entire slot. It’s clean, plenty of space to sit and the food / drink is also good. No complaints.

We took my two grandsons to the playshed. We booked in for a two hour session. There is plenty of parking as it is located at the back of the tesco carpark in stafford.
Entry to the seating and play area is through a child restricting safety gate.
There are plenty of tables in front of the play area for you to set up a base.
The play area is large. The lower tier is divided into different age related play areas whilst the upper tier is the climbing/adventure area. Parents are able to accompany younger children around. My 2 year old grandson was able to get around by himself after i had been round with him a few times. The Cafe sells reasonably priced drinks and snacks. The whole area is kept clean. There was plenty to keep my 6 year old grandson occupied for the full 2 hours. I think the 2 hour session is just right as both grandsons were starting to tire and get fractious.
Overall a good priced outing that was enjoyed by all.
The place is alright, the food prices are ridiculous high and the amount of food u receive even worst…waiting time for food really long as well…
My daughter wasn’t so pleased with the food and she was still hungry …
When I asked about the portion the girl didn’t knew what to say …awful experience (we won’t go back again )
Went there today, looked on Google and it said it was open from 10am onwards.. didn’t click on the website which is my bad understandable as I traveled an hour on the bus to go but a lot of people showed up too to go in, so they need to update Google. Got there and went to walk in the staff were quite rude “we don’t open until half 3 it says on the door” can hardly see it on the door but fair enough. Then because more people started turning up as they also didn’t know it wasn’t open until half 3 they slammed the doors shut locked it and slatted up a sign on the door. Absolutely no need for the response.

Was quiet when we came so that was good and kids loved it.
Can imagine it being carnage if its busy as its compact but still a great little place.
Went today and I’m absolutely disgusted in the fact that they basically took my children’s drinks off them if my children didn’t give them we wasn’t aloud in, this was after I paid!! If I would have known they can’t take there own drinks in I would have walked away!! . My son was screaming the place down as his bottle is his comfort. Will not be coming back.

Had my daughter's fourth birthday party here this weekend and it was amazing! The place is immaculately clean, activities for young children from babies to toddles and 5 year olds. The soft play is brilliant with lots of activities. The food provided was well received and the prices for drinks were very reasonable. The party was setup before we arrived, our party host Grace was exceptional as were the other members of staff. Literally took all the stress out of things for my wife and I. I can't recommend the Beach Hut highly enough, the best party our daughter has had yet. Amazing!

A wonderful venue for our grandson’s birthday party from planning through to the delivery of the cake. The play zone is immaculate and perfect for ludic play. Safe, varied and interesting - there are engaging activities to facilitate creative play. Provision for the party was exceptional and the staff hospitable and professional. A superb team - exceptional and welcoming - perfect for such child-friendly roles. Thank you for organising and hosting a special birthday celebration. We visited the place for the first time about a week ago and again a few days ago. The place is fantastic! Large play gym with slides and obstacles, a little football pitch, soft play area for the little ones and even a trampoline room!
The place is very clean. I saw them vacuuming he place at least 3 times in the space of 2,5 hrs. I've never came across this before. The cafe has so much food to choose from that it's hard to make your choice as it's all so delicious!
A big shout out to Lyndsay, who makes the place special! She is so positive, chatty and friendly, which makes you want to come back! Not to forget Chloe, who is such a lovely member of staff! It's also cheaper than all the places we have been to, which is another bonus! I'm giving this place 5*

Just had our child's party here. The staff went over and above despite the heat. So well organised and smooth. I didn't have to worry about a single thing. It was all amazing. Even the poor mascot did amazingly in the heat but all the kids loved the minion. Would 100% recommend 👌
Lovely place, friendly staff, nice, and chill, love the fact they had sofas to relax on while the kids play, only very slight downside is not much of interest for adult meals
We go here every week as my granddaughter does gymnastics here and we've booked the soft play for her birthday party

Absolutely incredible service from all the staff at the beach hut.

It is not only immaculate but the most incredibly easy to organise a birthday party.

Today they Hosted my twin daughters fifth birthday and they were absolutely amazing.

So clean, the food, the organisation, the help, the invites. It was all amazing thank you.

Special thanks to Laura, one of the members of staff who worked so hard to ensure everything was seamless, absolutely incredible work thank you all so much xx
Just had a birthday party here for my daughter and it was fantastic. The staff were so helpful and accommodating, all of the children had great fun. We love coming here anyway so to have a party here as well was fab, would definitely recommend.

Been here so many times I’ve lost count - as a Dad looking after two girls it was a great way to spend a few hours, on one occasion Katy/(Katie?) The young lady who works here heard my little girl asking for a fruit shoot/Food but I had forgotten my wallet and upon hearing this she managed to help me out so my girls could eat/drink - I was so grateful she truly saved the day! I’ve thanked her each time since!

Sadly the problem with this place now is that on the last two occasions (especially the last) it’s absolute chaos - now not all of this is the companies fault, as per usual with most play centres this is where if your a parent on your own you have to not only look after your own children but everyone else’s seen as all the mums just like switching off and having a coffee in their groups that they don’t seem to see (or maybe even care) their child is causing havoc in the play area for others as-long as they get a break.

But the thing which really annoyed me is that there are signs saying no filming or photos especially of other peoples children, yet on my last visit a woman in her late 40/50s walked round filming every inch of the place, inside every room for a good 5 minutes or more. During this period she walked in to my daughter knocking her to the floor and causing her to cry as she was too busy looking at her phone, at which point she carried on filming. At no point did staff say she wasn’t allowed to be filming even when I mentioned she shouldn’t. Staff should be more on the ball with this and if caught being as invasive as she was for such a long time they should be asked to leave. Who knows what people are doing with that footage of other peoples kids? It’s wrong and having emailed about it saying it shouldn’t be allowed I never got a response so haven’t returned since.

Activity wise its decent enough for kids..however ,it is a bit concerning the level of mould growing up the concrete walls inside this building, the musty damp smell throughout is obviously mould spores and is disgusting. Even more so considering the fact that babies high chairs and food tables are placed along these walls. Not at all good for asthmatic children or even adults . Health risk to all.

Cool little place with a great play area for 0-7 years, my son specifically enjoyed the toddler area in which he can play independently as the areas to climb are not as big as usual.
Also the mini cafe was reasonably priced.

Fab soft play for younger children, ther is a range of activities different types of obstacles. Some of the soft play needs replacing but we'll maintained and cleaned. Only set amounts of people allowed in which helps with being busy. Food and drinks available, friendly staff which makes a difference.

Our boys loved the football part and stayed there most of time. I thought it was quite expensive at £9 each and £2 for me to sit with them...not sure why 1st adult should pay...
Had a lovely 1st visit here this afternoon. The lady who was serving was lovely our son is autisic and is funny with foods touching i mentioned that to her and she bought my sons food out so the beans was seperate. Clean play area will be visiting again and even asked about private hire for birthdays :)
I was looking for a baby area (I.e. less than 3 years old) to take my 1 year old baby. A friend suggested here as the less than 3 years area is big. Overall, it seems clean and bigger baby area than other places. But I had to be extremely careful as kids older than 3 years old use this space and pass by running 🙈(not the place's fault but parents mainly). We didn't try any food, but there were plenty of tables and seats.

I would think twice about booking exclusive hire parties here on a Saturday at 5pm, the inexperienced and rude staff don't want you there, you are a massive inconvenience to them, they will not let you in until 5pm although you have been told by the manager that you can come in at 4:50pm to set up, they throw any excess food away that the children leave and do not offer it to the parents even though you are assured this will be done at time of booking, when you complain they then storm off and refuse to come out of the kitchen, shouting at you on the way too....it was laughable and embarrassing.
The manager was very apologetic and did her utmost to recompense me when I spoke to her the following Monday. If you book a party ensure you have the owner there so you do not have the same experience that we had, it is a real shame for the owners are lovely and deserve to have staff that want to support the business and provide a nice experience for the children and parents.

Fun for some older children perhaps, but definitely not fun for all! Especially considering the recent pandemic, other similar establishments really upped their standards of hygiene and cleanliness... but not here.
The baby and toddler sections are unclean, outdated and unfit for purpose. Many of the toys are badly worn and torn in parts. None of the interactive toys work, as aside from being dirty they seemingly all needed new batteries anyway. And the walkers etc have clearly seen better days.
The baby and toddler sections desperately need a refurb, or a deep clean at the very least, but ideally some sort of an update to make it clean, safe and actually fun (as the name of the place implies). We certainly wouldn't take our baby there again, even if it were free. Definitely not worth the money to take a baby there - we should have requested our fiver back. We'll take him elsewhere in future.

Went with my child for a birthday party!! It was amazing. Food was good, place was clean. Staff are so friendly and the separate area for kids to play football meant less boisterous kids in the soft play! Climbing wall was a big hit with my little one. Would highly recommend this place. Kind of in the middle of nowhere but decent car park too.

Thank you for an amazing birthday party for my daughters 5th birthday today, Eva the party host was fantastic with the children and aime and the rest of the staff were attentive to the needs when the guests were having the soft play. The games and dancing was the unique part of the party and have had lots of comments from my guests who didn’t even know the place was here. 100% recommend

Fantastic, we held our daughters 4th Birthday Party here and it was brilliant! We hired the venue and it was an excellent decision for an unforgettable party experience. The staff are super helpful and friendly and they had everything organised and ready for a stress free party. The mix of soft play and party dancing is fantastic! After our daughter had attended a party here previously this is where she wanted hers and we think that says it all! Thanks again

Can't fault them. Came here with my kids for a relative's son's birthday. They had a great time. It's also very spacious and very clean.

Staff were extremely nice. My son was ill in the car before we arrived. They couldn't have been more helpful in getting him, me and the car cleaned up.

Thank you.

Great, reasonably priced and very clean soft play centre. The trampolines are excellent and quiet for little ones in the week. There's also an option of two climbing areas for the kids with tunnels and slides etc, one for up to 3yo and one for slightly older kids. Definitely recommend.
Good place to bring kids for an hour or two for the play area which is closed in with plenty inside it to occupy youngsters. Toilets are clean with nice air freshener smells. We were a bit disappointed with the food order, it took almost half an hour from ordering it till it reached the table. Paninis were tasty for the adults but really disappointed with the kids meal. My niece ordered chicken dippers for her 6 yr old daughter, thinking the pasta she'd ordered alongside it was the usual kids pasta in tomato sauce,, no, it was plain cooked pasta, no sauce, nothing.. had to try using sachets of ketchup to entice the wee one to eat it,, 🙈 and choice of veg... sweetcorn.. Needless to say, hardly any of it was eaten, so the wee one was still hungry afterwards. A couple of the staff need a lesson in how to smile. Maybe they'd had a long tiring weekend as it was really hot weather, but it wouldv been nice to have been greeted with a smile instead of a couple of grunts. So, only three stars for here I'm afraid. 🤷🏼

Good play to play obviously, quite large with plenty of seating. Good in winter but summer time with no air con. Jesus. Even now it's 22 degrees outside and as soon as you come in its musty, wet sock stinky and you feel like you're indoors in a sauna. There's just no air- as there are no windows open - be case this place doesn't have windows. And obviously the doors are closed for security.

You guys really need to invest in air con. It's a must in a place like this if you want people to come back

Bad press lately but still great for kids. Food is pricey but home made so..

Update 2023.
Been comming here for about 15 years with my eldest now my youngest great for kids. Little snack tubs now available are good and cheap. My 2 year old is autistic and loves the slide here. And the new home area she enjoyed also
Absolutely amazing a fun place for my little one he had so much fun today. Love how clean & tidy the soft play area is & how very friendly the staff were upon arriving through out & leaving. On our visit, found to be potentially unsafe for children aged 3 and under.

We took my niece to the play area today and very quickly a group of 8 year olds attending a birthday party descended upon the UNDER 3s area. Wrestling, throwing balls and cubes and almost flattening our niece.

When I asked the staff member who eventually met me to assist us, she informed me that there was nothing she could do to help and that there was no way to restrict the under 3s area from this party and very weakly asked the children to play carefully. She said she would send a member of staff to monitor this area and then quickly returned to the kitchen to hide away.

At no point did any further staff approach the party leaders to ask them to calm their children down and have them stay away from the under 3s area. Later in our booking, the same manager referenced earlier did approach the under 3s area though this did not stem the stampede of older children. Thankfully a lunch break slowed the advances of other children long enough for us to enjoy our booking before we left.

The rules, as pictured below require adults supervise their children and that staff will do also and assess height and age, though this wasn't to be seen during over an hour there.

It is safe to say this establishment must train their employees to better utilise their paid time rather than congregating on a kitchen area and attend to the needs of their most vulnerable visitors. Otherwise, a vigorous overhaul of standard operating procedure, risk assessments and assessment of staff suitability is essential.
On Arrival had to Queue to come in which was only for about 10 mins then got appointed a table very good customer service... my little lady absolutely loves the new football ⚽️ pitch and my little girl really enjoyed climbing the rock wall. Great value for money and staff very friendly

Play area is quite small and without supervision but size makes it easy to see your child at all times. Food is a little pricey but not a problem. However, the woman who works most regularly is very friendly and welcoming, whereas the other two (younger girl and a man) have no service skills whatsoever. Never seen either one of them smile despite the evident nature of this business...
Younger girl insists on awkwardly taking your money through her sleeve before she gives you your change and food with her bare hands 🤦🏻‍♀️

[Edit] Since my original review, PP have refreshed their equipment and fixed the worn parts. We’re still going here and love it!

This place is great for an easy visit; decent play areas, nice food and affordable. The play equipment is a little worn though. It’s good for a midweek toddler exercising session!

Very good play areas. Clean areas. My 13 month old grandson had a great time. Hot and cold snacks available. Children's and adults breakfasts available too. Very reasonable prices. Friendly staff. Would recommend.
Not too bad. Disappointed as neither the go-kart nor the climbing was on. Alot for the kids but in small compacted space so avoid busy times.

We visited this place with a toddler and a baby. They both enjoyed it very much. The baby area in the centre is not big but full with fun things for the little ones to explore. The town is great for older ones although there are only two cars to go around, our toddler managed to take full ownership of one of them for the majority of time and was pretty upset every time someone else dared to use it. So be prepared to some conflicts over those but otherwise it's a great place. We had some food too which was nice. Probably will visit again.

I was told that there had been some big changes, no there haven't the tatty sofas have gone, and replaced with tables and chairs but they are not new, the prices have gone up, fish fingers sandwich £4 this was on the "chef's special" board ( the difference between a chef and a burger flipper/microwave chef are worlds apart) we didn't use or see the main menu however I did see results not for me thanks, the few balls that were in the ball pool have gone I assume so that they don't need to sanitize them, the play areas that have mats are still worn and there's still plenty of gaffer tape around, the opportunity to get a deep clean has clearly been missed that ship has sailed and is unlikely to come again, hence the pictures of the large black cobwebs over the food area, the light boxes are heavy with dust and cobwebs to also the ceiling fans except for one are also covered and the steelwork is to, however on the upside they operate a reduced entry at the time we visited they were open to only 40% of the capacity and they required a pre booking for entry, also get the NHS COVID-19 TRACK AND TRACE app it has the QR code reader not the normal track and trace . One adult one child £ 9 and you get one and a half .

A cut above any other play centre. Fabulous! Clean, interactive zones, great facilities for babies, toddlers and school aged kids. Separate baby and toddler area with sensory room, small frame with a slide. 3 story soft play frame with massive slides for over 5s I think. All well thought out. Food is fresh, posh cafe standard, "proper" food for kids and adults. Worth the price tag.

Lovely space for children and families.
It cost me just under £4 for my 16 month old to play in there unlimitedly.
There is a designated area for under 3 yearswhich has a slide, giant soft cubes and a ball pit and a massive climbing soft play for the over 3's. Also a go kart track. Little tikes car area. Football/basket ball area and a jumbo Lego space.
Loads of tables and chairs for parents and guardians to sit at.
They also offer food and drink at a reasonable price.
Toilets and baby changing area.
Wheelchair friendly.
A couple of little added play things such as a Peppa pig car ride. A air hockey table and gum ball machines.
They also offer a party area for the little ones birthdays.
Big Windows and glass ceiling fills the area with loads of natural lighting.
And I was pleased to see a locked gate that the staff had access to open and close via a button between the entrance and play area. Ensuring safety for the little ones.
10/10 would recommend.
Ideal place to take the under 3's during school hours as it's quiet.
Will be going back.
Had a really enjoyable time with my son.

A zoo. Very busy & obviously popular for local families. The children loved the various apparatus and had a great time. Food was ok though you have to pick the right time to queue otherwise you could be there for a long time.
Toilets & facilities are basic & parking is ample.
