Great gym friendly people,
I work away from home so i Tavel a lot,
The gym is in a convenient spot
Not as big as my local anytime but still just the right amount of equipment to keep me going until i go back home at the end of each week

This gym is not set up for members wanting to build muscle. Most weights equipment is compact into a small area down the back with little room to perform movements safely.

Excellent place to go awesome staff love meeting new people very encouraging Place to be love it there couldn’t be happier good for your mental health and mindset
