I was a old tenant had to leave for personal reasons I re applied my application got sent to Musswellbrook office when I move back to Sydney every time I call to see an update either get put on hold or somone is not available I understand everyone job is difficult at times I just would alittle more communication or update I wasent a bad tenant I left on good terms always in front with my rent , house was always tidy just alittle more respect towards me

My rent was raised to a large percentage more than the maximum threshold for my current income and the mistake was acknowledged initially but is still being refused to be remedied, I keep getting told to that my property manager will contact me back each day but I never receive a return call.

Edit: that pre-written response has to be a joke right?

My property manager did not inform me of my rights as a domestic violence survivor, even after i brought in the event numbers from police., confused me with another Lisa on the same street lodged at the court house for a Tribunal, when questioned he replied that he already spent the $155 court lodgment fee... I felt humiliated and non existent.

Absolute would never recommend this place. Whatsoever. Not happy.

I am trying to liaise with compass on behalf of my brother and it is most difficult as most of the representatives are in Sydney or Melbourne and display quite an arrogant attitude, and treat people very second rate.
Just for once I would like to make phone contact with this office and feel as though my brother actually matters, and be spoken to with empathy and a certain degree of kindness.
