Experience was fun, however we asked multiple times (with confirmation) if we could pick up the art on a certain day. Only after payment were we then told we could not, and when we asked if we could pay for the pieces to be mailed to us (we were on vacation, willing to pay any extra charge to ship it to us in NY) the woman in charge was very rude. So definitely do not recommend if you are coming from out of town.

Brought my child here recently to paint and we had so much fun together! It was pretty busy on a Saturday so either get there early or be prepared to wait a bit. Pieces are ready after a week and my kiddo was so excited. We’ll definitely be back!

The actual pottery experience was nice, but the customer service was terrible. Both the man and woman working there were very curt and seemed annoying when answering questions while I was doing the pottery and when I called about picking it up. I will not be coming back.

Such a great way to spend some time with someone while painting ceramics. Glass art an option too and hope to try it soon. Can get busy sometimes, esp in Winter so if more than 2 people suggest calling ahead and reserving (believe you can but never tried).

Horrible customer service. My parents took my daughter here to make a piece. It took me over 30 days to pickup the piece (busy working mom), which cost $55. So, they threw it away. $55 for a small CAT. Pricey. I understand they do not have space to hold onto pieces. However, I was refused an opportunity to have her make a different piece as a replacement or receive a discount (I was willing to pay something for a replacement). $55 in the trash. Small businesses thrive on loyal customers and management here does not understand this. Will never return.

UPDATE 12/28/23 I completely understand you cannot hold onto pieces and acknowledge that I am extremely late in seeking to retrieve the item. I am not upset about that. The upsetting aspect was the refusal to find a reasonable compromise for my daughter to create another item. The employee told me I would have to pay full price plus a studio fee if I wanted to come in again. I will post a photo of the receipt.

Update 1/23/24. I never heard from the owner. They told me they would reach out to me and never did. See above comment re: horrible customer service.

Such a fun activity for a date! Beautiful decorations and good selection of baked clays to be painted. Took only 1 week to pick our baked cays from the store

We went as a work group and had a blast! It's $7 for the studio fee and then the cost of whatever piece you choose. The staff is great and really helpful. Many paints to choose from and pieces of all prices. They have tools and really make the experience easy and enjoyable. There is a parking lot, but if full there is plenty of street parking.

Super friendly staff. Fun pottery to paint for kids and adults. Items change out based on season. Week turn around for your items to be ready. They do not take reservations but they will put you on a wait-list if they're full, and give you about 10ish minutes to return. There's a toy store and restaurants nearby if you have to wait.
