one Filipina lady, in the dar al salam branch, who is a bit on the older side with short hair was very rude, we entered the store and commented to my companion that the store is hot, that lady overheard and shouted “Sorry Naman malamig kasi kaya pinatay namin aircon!!” she shouted for all to hear, the other staffs and customers inside! she was very rude! is this how your employees treat your customers? she needs to undergo hospitality training, or be reminded at least of basic human manners.
