It is a nice store. Though inconvenient when it closes early than expected.

It’s generally ok in here. I tend to get what I need and nothing much else happening. Can be quite a faff using the self service checkout.

Whilst I’m fine using these, I asked the in store colleague whether there was a quicker way to scan 9 foolscap boxes (A4 Storage) rather than having to scan each one individually and then have to pile them all up like a mountain of art in the bagging area, but, to my surprise, he didn’t seem at all interested in what I was asking and said I’d have to scan each one individually before turning away to his little pc in the corner and started clicking away.

Bit surprised with that response considering I was the first customer of the day, so the customer service I feel is a bit hit and miss.

It was a Sunday after all so maybe he just wanted the day off and didn’t want to be there.

How are you supposed to courier a package with DHL if there is no DHL packaging supplied in-store?

Perfect size for a shop, ground floor, lots of stationary and magazines at the back, few sweet treats on the side and a selection of cards. Perfect size for a small shopping spree and highly recommend the quality of the products. 😎👍✨

given up on useing this shop for my lottery tickets. went in this week to find no one on the till. 2 other people said they been waiting 5 minutes not a sign of staff just the sound of voices right down the end of the shop. started to use waitrose now not standing around like a mug!

Very miserable and unhelpful place I recently visited this place to purchase 2 now tv vouchers 1 movie 1 sport these vouchers wouldn't scan so I left it I visited again 1 month later and the same happened again with the same person at the till I asked haven't you contacted your head office and asked why this is happening The reply was No nothing I can do.

A very small shop. They try to cram in alot of stationery under one roof which is overly priced. They need to compare their prices with other retail stores and try and retain customers loyalty. Staff also not so helpful/friendly maybe if they engaged with customers they may get a few more sales.
