Visited for fuel 5am guy behind the desk disappeared out back while there was me and 2 other people waiting to be served or have the fuel pump switched on

I bought a platinum car wash program 9.99£ worth and instead of getting the car washed with foam, washed properly and waxed at the ending I just got WATER and BRUSH 😂

Typical fuel station. It had fuel and a small shop for travel snacks. Also, it's a good location if you're returning a rental car to the Heathrow Airport area.
Most unhelpful staff I've encountered in a long time.
Additionally everything included in the meal deal being mislabelled, labelled poorly or just not labelled at all causing confusion or so you'll be at the checkout with a larger sum than you were hoping for.

Any station near Heathrow airport is expensive..
Close to the airport and a good choice if the facilities are working. In case you need assistance because they are having technical issues they are ignoring you completely, it shouldn’t be so difficult to communicate! Went to the Shell Station 5 minutes from that one, everything is working there and the staff were friendly.
