Large cafe facilities available, but not enough staff to operate it.
Grab and go food options were a disappointment too only one vegan option; of old over coked falafels, swimming in a pool of hummus and a tiny bit of rocket.
My wife and kids had chicken sandwiches and wrap and no one was able to finish it. They were also disappointed.
There was plants of tables and chairs available and bins too, but no signs on bins so general waste and recycling was all mixed together.
I wish I could have left a better review, I was hoping for a better experience.

Come for the trees but do not expect good customer service. The establishment does a good job at demonstrating how customer service should not be done.

Not friendly nor helpful in making sure that you will want to visit again. The negative google reviews and the establishment's response are reflection of that. They simply do not care.

The experience was memorable for sure, but not in a pleasant way because of the service. Considering how far it is to travel to get there and for the price, you'd expect decent friendliness or hospitality.

The scenery and placement it is just perfect !

Good place for a scenic walk and to look at some really tall trees. Being that high up is a treat! @$27 per person for the tree top walk, it's a bit pricy, but good for a one time experience

Second time coming here and it just keeps getting better. The first time coming here I was more interested about walking within the trees. But this time, reading the mini information boards along the walk I ended up learning so much. It's definitely a great place to come, but I would highly suggest coming when it first opens, because it gets busy really fast. Lastly, wear runners.

I will definitely recommend this place. The air is so fresh to breathe,the greenery, the raindrops and the birds chirping its just a place like heaven; very mesmerising for the soul. If you are a nature lover this is a place for you.
The reception staff Gauranga was very welcoming and friendly who offered us the buggy drop off and pick up for the nature walk(it was raining the whole time). Clare was very rude and unprofessional throughout my experience
thats the only reason I would give 4 stars for this place. She was least interested in her job and treated us like she was doing us a favour by being at the desk. (She didn’t send the buggy while we called on the number and she was very rude while assisting us during the tree surfing trial and was not happy with Gauranga assisting 4 people on the buggy even when it was safe to do so)
I tried the tea surfing and would really appreciate the patience and guidance from Libby. She was so helpful 🥰
Tree surfing was good and the whole experience was well supported.

The cafe here was less than average I would say. It’s worth watching the view outside the window at the cafe on the premise(could see heaps of different birds and flora and fauna)
Food is below average:-I got the sweet chilli wrap which was too salty, the fruit salad was good, chai latte was nothing out of the ordinary.

Highly recommend the walk .You would love the freshness in the air and nature at its best 🥰

This turned out to be much more than expected. Went only for Treetop walk. Thought it will be small walk but gladly the treetop walk had good length and the tower made it even better. Pretty safe for kids and Pram can go easily. Great views from the top. Also a big shout out to lovely bloke in their team who gave us a Buggy ride back to the centre as we were the last to leave the spot and had kids with us.
