Pathetic after sale service and sales person does not have ethics to talk

I bought a pair of flats from your their Linking Road store which was available for ₹3188 online. The store manager said they would match the price of the website and I agreed. I gave my credit card and I didn't check the final amount and they charged me ₹3750 for the same. I called the store manager and he said he can't help me and that I would have to make another purchase so that they would adjust the amount. This is just unethical behaviour. This is how they try to cheat the clients and compel them to buy more. I asked for a refund of my money to match the online price, but they said they would not do it. The store manager at their Linking Road store is a crook and the management does not care.

They are fraud. They sold me ghatiya quality shoes. Mumbai Airport store of Tresmode told me to write to their customer care. When customer care approved and I went to exchange shoes, they refused to exchange it just because I went wearing it. In fact I showed shoes in first place when they told me to talk to customer care, that time also I went wearing it to show how uncomfortable they are. Also the fact is my mail was clearly mentioning that I used shoes and they were of worst quality. They are all oversmart, even after receiving mail approval for exchange, store person found a reason to overrule the approval given. He went little away from me, called his boss and informed him that no need to exchange. I overheard and then told him to talk in front of me which he didn’t. I realised he doesn’t value customer and he is arrogant salesman who keeps his boss also in pocket. If this quality and approach continues then he can soon be CEO of a bankrupt shoes company in India at least. It was such horrible experience. No wonder their stores are closing down at many places. They only take plenty of money and sell faulty products and then send away customers who complain about it. I can produce entire trail of documents if required but in short Tresmode is not brand worth it. Please avoid wasting money on their products.

Its feel like we are the slaves of them NO update on time we need to Follow-up on all the things
I don't Suggest this brand to any one and also please buy this company product with caution!!!!!

Horrible experience. I bought 2 shoe pair for Malad inorbit store. Saleing time they coted sugar and wn problm come. They not attend call, no call back. No mail rply.
They told not for rain. Last Sunday i wear one shoe only 3 hrs. And my knee paining start. I went and told them. They told now used it so no exchange.
After 5 days today i went and request plese exchange one unused pair but they not listen at all. I saw them my ortho doctor chat and me crying literally but no one care my pain n my tears.
I complain inorbit, person come with him he also requested but store manager Mr.AGAR telling me company policy. After inorbit person they give me credit note.
Am crying for pain and i see no humanity also it's open loot cheat with people. I see my 6000 rs. Waste. Sales person Faisal and managar Mr.agar very rudely and bad behaviour.

Plese people don't waste ur money, time and energy in this brand.

Please go SS AND LIFESTYLE u can buy anything if something happens wrong but never visit brand store directly.

Extremely terrible service. Bought a pair of shoes and a stitching untied in no time. I have returned to them for the repair of that one stitching. It’s been more than a month and they haven’t been able to get the 2 minute repair done. In 2021 they are citing the excuse of the pandemic and they are still saying it will take even more time.
