Friend had booked a booth for her birthday all in all paid around £600 or more. She asked for a jug of red bull to be one of the mixers and was charged an additional £20 for a jug of red bull. Which was minor tbh but then to advertise opening hours 10pm-4am but turn the lights on at half 1, say their closing and make everyone leave is appalling. Especially when we had paid so much money for the booth itself. After complaining we where told to go round to mansion and they’d get us a booth there until 4am and we could take the remainder of our drinks there. Which was fair. But do not advertise 10-4am when you clearly close at 1:30am. People pay a lot of money and if it wasn’t for us expressing our disgust we would’ve spent all that money for 3 hours 🤨 all the women bar staff and waitresses where lovely friendly and polite just disappointing all the messing around. Wouldn’t book again.

Absolutely ruined my brothers stag do on the weekend after refusing entry because one person had a hugo boss polo on with the smallest logo known to man on it. I had the venue booked for weeks and after many correspondence with multiple different employees, not one person said hugo boss attire was not permitted (like hugo boss is a gang sign these days and we live in Compton). Turn up in a £2 primark t shirt on that's 3 sizes too small for you and you should be good to go in this place. Thanks for ruining a night to remember 👍🏼 great way to conduct business.

Couldn't hear the music maybe because there were no footballers here AWFUL

One of the best clubs I’ve ever been too. Friendly hostesses, bar staff, and even the bouncers are friendly! Never been to a club with such a friendly atmosphere and no problems whatsoever.
