I had a laparoscopy for my hernia with Dr Hamdi Farag he was great he has light hands the surgery went well I asked to not get stitches he went with I wanted doesn’t force his opinion on you. Day of surgery met with him he talks you through everything after that the surgery he was off the next day came in to specifically see me and if I’m doing well he’s amazing definitely recommend him for any operation he’s a general surgeon. Follow ups after that was great it was easy to get in contact with him after the surgery helps fill any form or claim you need as well.

We had a wonderful experience. Our first daughter was born in the hospital and we were extremely well looked after. Special thanks to Dr. Reem who treated my wife and our daughter with great love. A special thank you also goes to all the nurses who, from the beginning to the end, had patience and humanity. When we left the hospital we received some little gifts that showed how much we were loved. THANKS!! 🩷🩷🩷

Main entrance reception staff was EXTREMELY unfriendly. First impressions lasts cannot recommend. Even though the hospital looks modern and clean! Plenty of parking and situated next to a small mall which is in my opinion a plus for the location! Some staff training is needed to teach basic customer service skills!

Attended ENT doctor on 27.03 with sore throat and doctor advised to do swab test to identify bacteria. It took 4 days to give me results!!!! Only after 4 days they send me message that test from laboratory is completed.
Now I am fine and don’t need that result.

Don’t do any tests there as when you get the results it will be late.
Super disappointed with the way the clinic is working. Even the results I got not displaying any numbers.

Chose another clinic.

I'm extremely disappointed with my second visit to the lab. While my first experience, from reception to Dr. Al Khatib, was exceptional, the second visit was a complete disaster. The service was terrible, with only one person behind the desk who seemed more interested in talking on the phone than assisting patients. Despite being here for an hour, the ticket line hasn't budged. I believe the management needs to address this issue urgently. Please check your records for March 10th between 11am and 12:00pm to see how many patients the lab received. Additionally, there were people who walked in without queuing, further adding to the chaos. This level of service is unacceptable.
