Went in to have some truglo sights installed and they didn't even charge me, the shop is beautiful, they have a very beautiful selection of fire arms, the service was great and I can't wait to go back.

Good selection of parts and accessories other local stores do not have. They do custom work, I’ve never used them but several friends have and they were happy. They will install night sights, etc at no charge while you wait which is way better than other local shops.

Staff are incredibly helpful. I have worked with them on multiple occasions and have been impressed each time with their knowledge and willingness to help.

UPDATE - After speaking with Steph, I believe what happened was a genuine mistake, and the apology was sincere. We spoke for a bit and after some thinking I've decided to give them another shot. I currently have a pistol there being worked on, and I wouldn't have brought it there if I felt I couldn't trust them. I will happily update my review again, and am looking forward to my pistol being in functional shape once again. Thank you.

I brought in a sporterized Mauser in that I believed had been rechambered. Originally the rifle was 8mm, but after firing 3 rounds I saw the brass was expanding so I stopped and brought it to the "professionals". I dropped it off on a Saturday and was told it would be worked on the following Monday. 3 weeks went by and never heard from them, so I decided to pick up my rifle. Miraculously, they had suddenly worked on it and decided that it was in fact an 8mm and was safe to shoot all 8mm ammo. I asked a separate time, "so this rifle is safe to shoot 8mm" and the gentleman responded "yep, safe to shoot its definitely an 8mm". Knowing it definitely wasn't by the deformity shells, I paid my dues and went to The Armory in pelham. They verified, in front of me, that the rifle had been rechambered in 30-06. If I had trusted Precision Tactical the rifle could have blown up in my face due to careless "workmanship". Your safety matters, spend your money elsewhere. I will never step foot in this establishment again, and will recommend The Armory to everybody I know. Carelessness leads to injuries or worse.

My husband made a purchase from this shop about a month ago and the paperwork was mishandled so my husband called about getting a refund. He first spoke with Alexis who was nice enough to say they'd handle the refund in person the next day if we came in but the phone was then given to Steph who told my husband he would not be receiving a refund and proceeded to call my husband an a$$hole (keep in mind my husband never cursed at anyone throughout this entire conversation). Terrible customer service for sure, there are better places to support here in the Birmingham area. Buyers Beware.

I have shopped all over the south east and this has by far been my worst experience anywhere. I have never been cussed at by a manager until today. I called to express the concerns that my representative at Silencer shop voiced about my NFA and purchase being done incorrectly from the beginning so now I am out 3 weeks of my time and frustration. I was very upset but never raised my voice when speaking with Alexis, but Steph gets on the line and is so rude and calls me an a$$hole. BUYER BEWARE

Brought in a Volquartsen for paint job , got it back with a missing pin and put together incorrectly 😵‍💫 Manager that took the order tooooo busy to answer the phone 🫣 Thank God for Volquartsen costumer SERVICE. These people should sell tennis shoes 🤷‍♂️ or watch YouTube 😂
