Always a good time at IPIC and the customer service is unmatched. We love ordering the soft pretzels but last time, they were burned. They offered to remake them and they came out burned again. Just some feedback. Not sure what changed!

Absolutely love this theater. They have the most comfortable seats of any theater ever. The food is so good and the severs are top notch. Great experience every time!

I've been this this location twice (in 7/2023 and 3/2024). The food and the seating is good, my issue is the customer service. In 2023 when I placed an order at my seat it never came. About 30 minutes later I had to go to the kitchen myself to place the order (they never had) because no one came when I press the call button at my seat. In my second visit I place an order with 2 sides of ranch I didn't get. Our waiter noticed and mentioned she'll bring it but didn't. I press the call button to order two drinks. A man asked if he could help standing directly over my head. I requested the drinks, he replied "Mmm Mmm" then reached over my body to turn off the call button without warning then walked away. I only received one of those drinks. I really wanted to come back but spending $200 and getting treated like this is upsetting. I tried calling at different times to voice my concerns but I only get their voicemail.

The food was good, and we didn't have to wait long before a server came and took care of our order. the food came out quickly and tasted great. The seats are super comfortable, and the screen is incredibly large. We enjoy going here with our friends.

Had a drink, played some chess, watched Aqua-man with the family is comfortable seats, a blanket and popcorn. 🤩😋😍great service.

First time going. Check this place out if you live in the Allen, Lucas, Fairview area. The pods of seats make for a very unique, isolated watching experience. Most theaters have the recliners now, but this is a step up for sure. Service was great since there weren’t a ton of people there, hopefully that doesn’t change when it's busy. Food menu was solid. Their open area sitting spots near the bar looked just as clean. Give it a shot.
