I really enjoyed eating the classic rice noodles at Simply Noodles.
Sorry for the hyperbole, but the char siu was out of the world! It had a really nice fatty, smoky taste. The scallion pancakes were perfectly cooked and delicious. This place is a hidden gem.

Attention and friendly service. Spicy mala rice noodle soup is simply so delicious. The soup base was well seasoned with fresh sliced beef, lettuce 🥬, wood ears mushroom, sweet corns, tofu and half of egg cooked in perfection.

A great spot for a quick bite and dishes are in very generous portions and very well priced considering the location.

Came here since of the high google reviews(4.7 at the time) so came with expectations of a similar ranged quality. Sad to say the food was ok but very generic and overpriced.

We paid around 50 dollars for two entrees(2 mala rice noodles)and a side(soup dumplings). The rice noodle was nothing to write home about and the soup dumplings were almost like they were just prepackaged products.

If you went to Flushing you could get similar dishes of higher quality and better taste for about 30 dollars.

The food at Simply Noodle was delicious, each dish bursting with flavor and freshness. However, the service fell short. Midway through our meal, we were politely asked to vacate our table because it was needed for other patrons. This was off-putting as we were still enjoying our food and didn't expect to be rushed in that manner. A wonderful culinary experience marred by subpar customer service handling.

The noodles are good, and the food IS good! HOWEVER they make you feel like you need to leave. The atmosphere just isn’t comfortable and i didn’t feel welcomed. My whole dining experience felt rushed and I felt eyes on me the whole time… The real kicker was when they brought the chicken wings and they were pink. they handed the bill right after n we left…. not a good experience at all.

I discovered this place walking around the area. They have a variety of options not just noodles. I tried their appetizers. I will try their ramen next time. The server was attentive and informative. Vegan and vegetarian options. I enjoyed the veggie buns. Small spot so I can see this place getting packed. I recommend for a quick, good spot for ramen and appetizers. Easy access to trains which is across the street.

My friend and I were asked to move from our table to accommodate other guests and there was some kind of debris in my friends water. There was also an unpleasant odor in my water glass that smelled kind of fishy. It just did not make for a good experience, considering I spent nearly $60 on two appetizers and 2 entrees. Honestly, the food was ok but overpriced. We had the scallion pancakes, dumplings in chili oil, dan dan noodles and ramen. The server also took the itemized receipt away, when I provided my card which I thought was odd.

I was expecting a way better experience here, considering the reviews. I don't think I'll be back.
