We had the BEST time picking out our wedding fragrances here. Tao was super helpful and kind, as was the other woman who was working with her. Tao was patient and extremely knowledgeable. We were cracking up and as someone who is super indecisive, she made it low pressure and was very helpful in deciding. I think we became best friends. We will be back!

George in the Elizabeth Street store was a delight to deal with - helpful, knowledgeable and funny. And I love the Santal 33 he made me. His female colleague, who made fun of my Antipodean accent as I was leaving the store, wasn't so positive but oh well, George made up for her! Promote George today!

Totally a hidden gem in DC. Everyone that works there is extremely nice. I worked with Hannah and she was extremely helpful and offered great suggestions. Highly recommend the Santal 33 shampoo and conditioner. Love the candies too! Box for the candle required a screwdriver which was a-little over the top. Getting it out of the box was rough and caused me to put my fingers in the candle.

Anaya (I hope I’m spelling it correctly) was great! She assisted my mom & I, we were so pleased with our experience because we left feeling so informed and empowered. We will definitely be back not only for perfumes but because we know we’ll be in great hands!

Very generic and empty feel to the store, we went in on Sunday June 4th 2023 at around 530 p.m. No greetings no smiles no nothing I still left lwith 400 dollars worth of what I wish I hadn’t because I’d rather not support the livelihoods of the two Lelabo/Estee store workers there that day. My advice is not to shop at places that don’t appreciate your business. There are so many other perfumeries that would love and appreciate people supporting them instead of these unappreciative representatives. There are literally dozens of knock offs that smell exactly like lelabo for like 50 bucks or less. so given that they don’t support us you shouldn’t support them. Put them out of business, I won’t bother buying another thing from Lelabo/Estee Lauder and neither should you.
