Empire Lounge DC

It’s a Spanish strip club(topless only) in the middle of DC. Dancers are mostly Spanish. I had 1 drink + tip=$24. Don’t mind to spend $240, but no vibes!!!

Relaxing atmosphere for having drinks. Lighting and effects really set the place up nice.

Spent my bday here on sum last minute stuff… had very good time…the staff was cool and accommodating the food was very good music was good everything was perfect my hostest kept checking on us to make sure we was good she even brought out a VIP sign wishing me happy bday lol… i will definitely be back very cool Ppls at this establishment no drama no body mean mugging just ppl here having a good time I’m

Overall great club. U st is a huge part of DC night life, and empire is a place everyone should stop by at least once. Very accommodating and dj is always on point! My server De'ja Clarke was a doll and super nice!! She constantly checked on our table, recommended new bottles, and just overall made our experience great! Great customer service is hard to find in the dc night life period, but she was perfect! Definitely would 10 out of 10 recommend.

This is hands down the dopest lounge on ninth st. Every staff member from the moment I walked in wore a smile and greeted my warmly. The music is really good and the bartenders and bottle girls are hospitable and super sweet! I love that there is hookah and they serve food!

I’ve been coming to Empire for a little over a year now and I enjoy my visit each and every time . The food is great and always comes out super fast , they have different hookah flavors to chose from , the bartender and bottle girls are always nice and very accommodating . Also always very clean compared to other lounges on 9th street . The owner has done quite a few renovations and I love what he has done , the place looks GREAT ! Will be back of course !

If I could give .25 of a star, I would. This place is completely unprofessional. They post old videos from nights when people actually enjoyed the lounge. The owner lied and stated that sections were first come first serve. So, why did one of the rude waitresses come up to us and tell us we had to move because the sections were reserved?! Then, the waitress offered to move us to the three seats next to the bathroom for $250, knowing we had a party of eight. The wait staff sucked, but they made sure to include 18% gratuity. That’s the only way they would’ve ever gotten a tip. They acted like the upstairs was so exclusive, but nobody was up there. When we were moved upstairs we still had shots sitting on our table, the waitress tried to act like she couldn’t bring that upstairs to our next section. The dj was hot garbage filled with maggots. I thought he was about to put on Fred Hammond next. Do not go!!!
