I've worked at Arrows Group for nearly a year now and it's the best company I have worked for. Great culture, amazing training and support and awesome people. It's a place you really feel valued.

I found a contracting position through Arrows group, which I am really grateful for. Agent who introduced me to my current company was brilliant. Unfortunately I am not happy with their payment policy. I started working for Centrica in mid February and I got paid only for the first week of contracting. The last week of February is according to the agency going to be paid at the end of April. I have to wait two months for my invoice to get paid. They are excusing that it is due to Centrica payment, but all my other colleagues got paid for the whole February in min March. It is only me who has to wait so long. I was also told that Centrica pays on weekly basis, but I am not sure about. I am a bit worried that this agency has some problems with cash flow. Negotiate your payment before you sing agreement with this agency.

The reviews on Google look like paid reviews or written by employees. All of them done at the same time by people with one review.

This organization is one of the best I have come across. Great resources, committment towards work and dedication towards their projects. I have had the opportunity to work with them in the past and I was mighty satisfied. They not only are confident about their approach, but also efficient when it comes to team goals. They set a real example for all of us in this industry.
