Well...according to Google they are open. However, you HAVE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. I truly wish their website and business hours stated that. This review is for people who still want to do a bike rental. Just plan a head.

What a great day. I called the day before to get more details on the different bike trail options from the Sandwich, MA location. The person I spoke with was SUPER helpful. I reserved our bikes using their online system which was very easy to use. They called to confirm the bike sizes for my kids and just to be safe, arranged for 2 different size bikes so we could decide when we picked up (above and beyond). Bikes were waiting at the shop just as described and they even left us an allen wrench tool so we could easily adjust the bike seat heights (which we did) and then we were on our way! We biked the whole Cape Cod Canal trail. It was a beautiful day and the bikes were in excellent condition. I give them a 10 out of 10 on customer service, friendliness, going above and beyond, great communication and the bikes were in awesome condition. Can't wait to come back and have more biking adventures on the Cape!

Tanner was a kind and knowledgable guide who even taught us some paddling skills (because we asked about our technique). He led a peaceful tour of the waters and we even stopped at the spit to walk over to the Sound side. Highly recommend the 2-hour kayak tour!

Customer service was easy and quick, bikes and helmets worked perfectly. They have rentals from 4 hours to a day to a week long! If you're visiting Sandwich, would recommend this place to get bikes and bike along the bay and beaches nearby.

This was a thoroughly delightful experience. The young woman who assisted us was pleasant and helpful. The cruiser bikes are comfortable and easy to ride. The helmets were very comfortable. The Cape Cod Canal path is right across the street, and is a beautiful ride. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Paid for delivery of kayaks and the team did an awesome job of promptly dropping off and picking up kayaks. The equipment was new and up to date. Thanks!

Service was excellent. We had to reschedule our kayak tour when we arrived later than expected at the last minute - the staff was friendly and accommodated us quickly and easily. Bike rentals were great also.
